It's within walking distance of a lot: the Royal Palace, the Prado and the Reina Sofia, the Plaza Mayor and the parks. It is also within walking distance of the Atocha train station (very convenient to visit Aranjuez, Toledo, Segovia,...). Metro stop just outside the building, Van transport from the airport for up to 8 pax, there is public parking in the same building and Low-Cost 200m away.

There are not three rooms as Booking indicates, but the living room has a door and a real bed which transforms the living room into a room with total privacy at night. There is also a large main room with a work table and WIFI with high-speed fiber (600mb). The second room has two single beds and two single bunk beds (4 pax). All mattresses are premium.
