Dear Nanus Management As a regular customer of Nanus, I would like to suggest some improvements. Firstly, the food quality is not up to the mark compared to what it used to be before. Needs improvement in taste and freshness, which affects the overall dining experience. Additionally, please improve your takeaway services. On several occasions, I have received incorrect orders or incomplete combos, which is quite disappointing. Ensuring accuracy and completeness in takeaway orders will greatly enhance customer satisfaction. Thank you for considering my feedback. I hope these improvements can be made to restore the excellent standards Nanus is known for.

Neat, clean and hygiene rooms and breakfast was excellent 👌🏻 Dining hall was specious and offers mouthwatering food. Receptionist and staff was super co operative and humble. Available on request. They treated my son with love and take away breakfast with muffins and sandwiches for all of us. Highly impressed and appreciate 🙏🏻

Extremely helpful support staff. The management made. sure we had a great stay and a function. Highly recommend Nanutel. The food was great and so were the rooms. I have been visiting this property since I was a child and nothing has changed. It's still great ambience and amazing service.

Just two idly two tea and one masala dosa costed rs 1000. Swimming pool is there, but guests cannot use, it is used for teaching swimming for some students. Overall experience self explanatory by these examples.

The GM (salil Bobe) is harrasing the staff at work. Making the staff work at his home. Secondly the staff is kept till 1.30am or 2.00am with no overtime given and if next day if some clearance is left than the staff is punished and scolded in briefing for a single mistake.Also the ones who worked hard for 6 months is not given certificate saying that they are not confirmed. This is only hotel in Goa who says staff is not confirmed.Resquesting boys never to join Nantel Margao and also I am the ex employee of this hotel.
