Lovely hotel, it’s a premier you know what’s what. The staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming. I stay in premiers across the country, this one is a new favourite and the staff make it such. Very easy to miss but an adequate car park, green-king pub next door with lovely staff as well and a great menu. Here again after the weekend and for once looking forward to it.

Generally as expected from Premier Inn. Breakfast not up to usual standard: lack of mugs and some breakfast items. Slow service for some items Nice to be able to open window although a little noisy. Good parking. Would have been better with proper handrails on the stairs.

Great stop off on the way to Cheshire. Clean, comfortable and a great pub next door with a fab evening menu and great breakfast. Christopher on reception was brilliant. Very friendly and attentive and very knowledgable about the local area, gave us some great suggestions of places to go and just super helpful, thank-you! X

Stayed here several times whilst visiting Macclesfield. Most recently this was over Easter. Generally it is a quieter hotel, in a quieter location. The staff are friendly, and a warm welcome was provided alongside a quick & efficient check-in. In the room, hair/body wash was provided in the shower, but there was no additional shelf to put your own body wash, shampoo & conditioner. There were also no additional towels provided - we booked a family room, and there was only 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, and 1 bath-mat? Some areas of the room were slightly tired/worn/stained (i.e. bottom of shower screen). The Blackout curtains were ok, but light still entered at the top/bottom of the curtains. There was plenty of parking available, but we felt there were several areas of the car park that (in our opinion) were too dark. The car park is surrounded by mature trees, shrubs & bushes. It would perhaps feel a little less dark if these were cut back? There were visible CCTV cameras around the car park. We chose to park in a more well lit area - unfortunately this was further away from the reception entrance! We didn't have breakfast here (mainly due to the additional cost) - there is lots of choice for breakfast if you go into Macclesfield.

Warm welcome at the reception and taken care of by the receptionist. There was an internet change at the hotel recently which is not fully up and running so receptionist helped by by checking every room and allocated the room that has best internet as I mentioned wi-fi is very important for my stay. Premier Inn beds and pillows are so fluffy and very comfortable, I am considering to buy for my own home.

This was a great base for the area. The hotel was very comfortable, the shower was amazing! Couldn't fault the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. Any problems that occured were quickly sorted out. Look forward to returning again soon.

Booked in here for a 4 day work trip which ended up being 11 days, even though it ended up on multiple bookings Christopher and Debbie sorted it so i could stay in the same room or the whole stay. tv was missing a few channels again Debbie got it sorted pretty quick. room comfortable as always in premier inn. Christopher has been brilliant very welcoming and chatty, giving info on places to visit and making sure i was ok each evening, thank you christopher you have been amazing. Debbie again has made me feel extremely welcome and nothing was to much for her. Both these members of staff are an absolute credit to your company and should be awarded for their customer service skills thank you both again 😁

Staff were excellent. We arrived with a broken spring on our car. Very late from Manchester airport. The man behind the reception desk could not have been kinder. Infact in the morning we were given a print out he had made for us of the nearest garages to help us. The room was clean. The bed very comfy and the hotel so quiet. The 12pm check out really helped us out with getting the AA to sort out our car. The morning staff were also very helpful and sympathetic to our plight!

Was a bit unsure about the night staff as couldn’t get hold of but could hear someone in the office. Comfy beds rooms ok. Breakfast was good. Just felt as had no service in the hotel. Carpark space very good. Pub next door very nice. Rooms clean and tidy.
