It's a massive hotel apart from my expectations, good cooperative staff near all the good market and casinos

Nice and clean!near shopping area

The room wall is terrible, full of stain. The door chain lock and double locks are not working but the hotel maintenance staff was able to repair it for us. The aircon is terrible, it turns off every 5 to 10 minutes. They were not able to fix it. They couldn't give us a different room. We had a hard time sleeping. The hotel is not well maintained. The other guests' noise can be heard from the inside. There are cob webs everywhere. No refrigerator. The hotel is very near the Senado Square and other tourist spots in Macau. The room size is good enough for the 3 of us. The toilet is spacious. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The nearest hotel that offers a free shuttle bus is Sofitel at Ponte 16. The bus stops are also near the hotel. There are free bottled waters and toiletries. Not worth the price. It should be a little cheaper than what we paid for.

I asked for non smoking area but in the floor that we stayed you can smell the cigarettes.

One of the only reasonably priced hotels in Macau that has rooms with 3 beds for 3 adults. Great location (quiet, near everything), nice views from upper floors, fantastic staff. Excellent local dimsum resto attached to lobby. The roast duck with rice plate is amazing.

The whole hotel was filled with smoking smell. It was disgusting. Eventhough it was a non-smoking room, rest assured that there has been someone smoking in it before and no one even cares. They mentioned a penalty of MOP1500 for people smoking in the hotel compound but I see no actions taken. No enforcement. Never go there unless you're ok with smoke

Good for a big family because the hotel is spacious and clean.

This quaint hotel surprised our expectations. It may not be a luxury hotel like the ones familiar all over Macau, but the service, dedication and congenial vibe given by its staff is truly impeccable! I would definitely come back and put my guests here again and again. Not to forget the convenience and close proximity it is to various heritage spots in the peninsula makes it worth it too! Keep up the good work and see you next time! Kudos!
