Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und riecht leicht nach ätherischem Öl, als würde man in Thailand Urlaub machen. Das Hotel hat uns spät eingecheckt und uns einen Obstkorb gegeben. Vielen Dank. Aber es gibt eine schlechte Sache: Mitten in der Nacht ist das Geräusch der Wasserzirkulation im Pool zu hören, und zwar sehr laut und ununterbrochen! Ich bat das Hotelpersonal, zu mir zu kommen und es auszuschalten, aber das Geräusch war immer noch da und ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht gut schlafen. Mir gefallen die Umgebung und der Service hier sehr gut. Wenn das Geräusch des Pools mitten in der Nacht verbessert werden kann, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Sehr toll. Ich muss sagen, es ist wirklich groß und die Suite verfügt über eine Badewanne. Getränke und Wein im kleinen Kühlschrank sind kostenlos. Außerdem werden jeden Tag kleine Geschenke und Früchte verschenkt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich großartig.

Die Umgebung ist grundsätzlich zufriedenstellend und der Swimmingpool im Zimmer ist sehr praktisch. Wenn der Boden nass wird, wird er sehr rutschig. Wenn das Kind ausrutscht, empfiehlt es sich, weitere Antirutschmatten hinzuzufügen. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Getränke in der Minibar🥹

Banyan Tree was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend the Banyan Tree enough - it's the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. Room conditions is good but the pool inside the room is a bit waste because it seems no use except a family stay in with kids. Water, welcome fruit, mini bar really good enough. lighting, room set up is at high level. sauna room is a bit disappointed because no rest room, no wet towel, no 1 time use underwear, the only good is the opening time is at 08:00 - 22:00 which is better than other hotel. the best is the service, front desk and the floor manager very concern the tenant's comments and the reflect action is quick. Definitely will stay again to try their SPA.

Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay there. Housekeepings are very approachable. Everything we asked, they provide. We were staying there with my kids and by surprised before we check out they came knocking our door and gave them stuff toys and balloons. My kids were very Happy. Thank you to mr. Thank you Miguel for the a luxurius service me and my wife and our baby are so happy and enjoy our stay, and thanks to Ryan he help us to bring out all our things inside the taxi and when i have a friends who visit us he really assisted them and also when we check out aswell 🙂 your hotel is so beautiful, just 1 thing please tell to your overnight who give ice to us not to go inside if the guest get the ice bucket ask permission first i feel dissapointed just only for that, what if my wife Dont have Dress on that time,, thank you banyan tree
