They should not allow smoking inside. It was so unfortunate that I booked following a smoker. You can smell the cigarrette which is not good. I requested for a smoke free room

This is a family-run hotel located in an old building in downtown Macao. At first glance, it seems promising—budget-friendly and in a convenient location. However, several issues made our stay less than ideal. First, we don’t recommend arriving late (we got there around 11 PM). The receptionist was apparently asleep, and when we called the front desk, she eventually showed up—clearly irritated and in pajamas. Communication was also a challenge, as she spoke little to no English. We had requested a room on the top floor, not realizing there’s no elevator. Climbing several flights of stairs with luggage was exhausting. The building itself was clean and had no issues. The room itself was what you'd expect for a budget stay, though there were some concerning details—a small cockroach on the wall and no hot water during our stay. To make matters worse, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. We used perfume to make it bearable. All in all, if you're simply looking for a place to sleep and don't mind very basic conditions, this place might work for you. But set your expectations accordingly.

The lady at the front desk was a little bit rude when I got there, I'm thinking maybe it's because it was late. But she eventually gave good service and the room was cosy and clean.

Upon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not

房價價格實惠，周圍交通便利，離景區很近有很多美食吃

交通便利，位於澳門中心位置。房間也沒有香港那樣小得連箱子都打不開。衹是沒電梯，退房的時候小老闆幫我們把二個大箱子搬下樓的。乘公交沒零錢，想讓老闆娘10元換零，她就給我了二元錢。
