Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets? Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools. Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

Sie arbeitet 10:00 - 6:00 Uhr und ich kann ihr sagen, sie hat ein goldenes Herz und sehr willkommen zu allen Gästen, die sie treffen. Ich empfehle ihr sehr, bevorzugt zu werden, weil sie eine sehr hart arbeiten, freundlich und sehr geführt ist.Ein großer Schrei an Frau Gee. Danke Royce Hotel für unser Aufenthalt sicher zu machen. I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Sogo ist ein Grundhotel mit erschwinglichen Preisen, sehr freundlich und hart. Das Zimmer ist relativ sauber. Es befindet sich im Zentrum, neben dem Dau Bus Terminal, und sehr nahe an Malls, schnelle Lebensmittelkette, Banken, Märkte, Kirchen, etc.. Es wird sehr beschäftigt und es ist üblich, dass die Menschen im Lobby auf das Zimmer warten, das leer sein wird. Essen kann bestellt werden. Eines der Hauptprobleme ist, dass WiFi unzuverlässig ist. Insgesamt, ein sehr gutes billiges Hotel.

Just a simple and basic hotel room, with free liquid shampoo/soap, towel, no free toothbrush/toothpaste. Value for money. What I like here is they have a space in the lobby where you can bring your laptop and work. Spacious working area and high speed internet.

They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. It was a nice place but the service needs to improve also the bed size is so mall so if youre 6 footer this hotel may not be the best for you plus theyre not generous on giving complimentary toiletries. They only give good for 1 person but they are well aware that we are 3 in the room.

The room is really nice I loved the neutral colors and it was very spacious. The room service was great as well as the hotel cleaning service. Angelica cleaned my room two days in a row & was kind & polite. One time she cleaned my room while I was in there and we had good conversation as well as she taught me Tagalog. She was awesome.

Das Zimmer ist eine große Größe.. 5****** Die Handtücher und Toiletten sind groß. Das Personal ist freundlich ... Kein Fernseher im Zimmer noch eine Kehle .. Wir mussten diese Artikel beantragen.. Zusatz Kaffee und Tee wäre ein schöner Kontakt gewesen, aber nicht ... Insgesamt würde ich nochmal bleiben..
