They upgraded our room to Euro suite. The staffs are super nice and the room is well-cleaned. I and my boyfriend are planning to book again when we go back in Pampanga. Hoping ma-upgrade po ulit ang room, hihi. Thank youuu! Overall rate is 10/10!

Alles war in Ordnung. Ein paar Dinge, die sie verbessern können, sind vielleicht ein Essentisch und Stühle in den Zimmern, kein Balkon ist eine Nebenwirkung. Das Dach-Top-Restaurant könnte mit einem Spritz auf ihren Service so oft, Sie könnten dort sitzen und niemand wird Sie merken, auch wenn Sie den Buzzer viele Male drücken. Außer das alles gut.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und zugänglich, der Service ist ruhig gut. Sauberkeit ist sehr weise und schön, aber irgendwie fehlt es an Einrichtungen wie die begrenzten Toiletten, die Sie separat kaufen müssen. Aber alles ist immer noch lustig und gut beim Aufenthalt. Das war mein zweites Mal hier.

Thank you for making my stay at Surestay Clarview a memorable one. I enjoyed your hospitality and your delicious Kare-kare. The room was spacious, clean and well-lit. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was important for my online meetings. I appreciated the polite and helpful staff at the hotel. Shout out to Jen and Gilbert. However, there were some areas that could be improved. For example, some of the employees were too loud while on duty, which disturbed my peace and quiet. Also, the service at the restaurant was kinda slow and I had to call someone twice to get their attention. Finally, I had a hard time reaching the reception by phone when I needed some bath soap. I had to go down to the lobby and found two personnel who said they didn't receive any call. Overall, I still had a lovely stay at your hotel and I would recommend it to others. As a former hotelier, I know how hard it is to run a hotel and I appreciate your efforts. I hope you will take my feedback as constructive criticism and work on improving your service. See you soon!

Zunächst ist das Personal wunderbar und sehr hilfreich. Meine Gesetze buchten diese blind als Übernachtung auf dem Weg zu unserem Ziel und nach der Ankunft am Abend begann ich fast sofort zu bemerken, kommen und gehen sowohl in und aus den Schlafzimmern von älteren koreanischen/japanischen/europäischen Männern mit jungen Damen. Ich bin weise genug, um zu wissen, was passiert ist. Glücklicherweise genossen alle unsere Kinder den schönen Poolbereich und waren über die Natur der Dinge vergisslich. Während das Hotelpersonal fantastisch ist, denken wir, dass dies eine einmalige Aufenthalt nur für uns ist.

Grate team Ranzel is the best! Great facilities, a special atmosphere in the hotel, the food is excellent and the rooms are very clean. The high level spa here is highly recommended for those who like to take care of themselves

Wir feiern hier den Geburtstag meines Sohnes und blieb für 3 Tage und 2 Nächte, es war die beste Entscheidung je, weil das Hotel meine Familie während unseres Aufenthalts wirklich besondere gemacht hat. Jeder und jedes Personal der Ferienwohnung war sehr bequem und freundlich, sie gab viele Behandlungen und sogar dekorierte unser Zimmer mit Ballons und Geburtstagsbanner. Mein Sohn war sehr glücklich für alle Geburtstagssongs und Kuchen, die er empfangen hatte. Am Ende des Tages erzählte er uns, dass das sein Geburtstag je ist. Danke schwissotel für unseren Aufenthalt erinnere dich.

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

Der Hilton im Sun Valley Clark ist eine willkommene Behandlung für Reisende, die in der Clark Special Economic Zone bleiben. Ein wenig preiswert, aber es lohnt es. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Ausstattung sind Top-Notch. Wird sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben.
