We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Grate team Ranzel is the best! Great facilities, a special atmosphere in the hotel, the food is excellent and the rooms are very clean. The high level spa here is highly recommended for those who like to take care of themselves

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Swissottel Clark ist für mich das beste Hotel auf dem Norden. Das Hotel selbst ist unglaublich. Gut gepflegt und verwaltet. Komplett mit solchen nützlichen Einrichtungen wie dem Fitnesscenter und ihrem Zustand des Kunstpool-Bereichs. Sie haben eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, die man genießen kann gutes Essen und Ambiente. Einer davon ist der Markt, wo Frühstück serviert wird. Das Essen hier ist direkt vor Ihnen zubereitet oder Sie können einfach aus dem Bereich der Auswahl, die frisch gekocht und serviert werden, wählen, was Sie wollen. Aber das Beste ist, was mich betrifft, sind die Leute, die den Front Desk bemannen... die Geschäfte Manager und ihr Team. Spezial schreien nach SHERYL, der anwesend war, um mir und meiner Familie ein warmes Willkommen zu geben. Diese Art Geste war wirklich für die 2 Stunden des Verkehrs unsere Familie ertrag aufgrund der schweren Niedergang, die nach Clark.Ebenso, nach Ethiel, der unsere Check-in besuchte. Insgesamt hatten wir einen weiteren wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Swissotel. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist Weltklasse,

Alles besonders Gee, einer der Mitarbeiter, die uns hier in Royce unterstützt und geleitet hat. Sie arbeitet 10:00 - 6:00 Uhr und ich kann ihr sagen, sie hat ein goldenes Herz und sehr willkommen zu allen Gästen, die sie treffen. Ich empfehle ihr sehr, bevorzugt zu werden, weil sie eine sehr hart arbeiten, freundlich und sehr geführt ist.Ein großer Schrei an Frau Gee. Danke Royce Hotel für unser Aufenthalt sicher zu machen. Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their casino, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

The room is really nice I loved the neutral colors and it was very spacious. The room service was great as well as the hotel cleaning service. Angelica cleaned my room two days in a row & was kind & polite. One time she cleaned my room while I was in there and we had good conversation as well as she taught me Tagalog. She was awesome.

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer fühlte sich zu schlecht an, ich fand den Preis etwas hoch, die Dusche war nicht einfach zu benutzen, die Art der direkten Dusche, das Glas ist noch transparent, kann außerhalb des Badezimmers gesehen werden, die Bettwäsche ist alt, es fühlt sich ein bisschen an wie in diesem Hotel Mismatch! Insgesamt ist es durchschnittlich!

Very affordable accommodation for 3BR unit and the location is close to restaurants and ******. We will surely go back to this place.

Our stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums). The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small ****** but we didn't check it out. Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo. The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good. What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area. I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel. Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!
