Great hotel, and the best part was the breakfast. Chef Siham made me some of the best Moroccan pancakes (Msaman). It’s a great place where you can try local foods with western touch. Stuff are also very friendly and professional. I still haven’t tried SPA but it seems expensive .

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Jahrhundert hoch)? Meine Erfahrung bei Ibis Abdelmoumen bringt einen anderen, wie THO? Wie ist das eines der besten bewerteten Hotels in Casablanca und was sagt das für den Wettbewerb? Also beginnen wir mit dem Eintritt. Ich 'in' online und die E-Mail, die ich empfangen hatte, sagte, dass meine Karten mich um 12 Uhr warten würden. Yo Ibis, vielleicht etwas bescheidener in Ihren Zielen ja? 20 plus Minuten später nach einer erschöpfenden Reise mich und meinen nächsten Freund in Marokko (geschätzt durch Zeit zusammen verbrachte), die Vorderbüro-Verwalter fertigen noch eine Art Prozess (Ich stand nur dort). Aber ohne Notwendigkeit, nachdem ich in Hotels rund um die Welt geblieben war, war dies länger als alle anderen Check In in einer Größenordnung. Nicht nur das, sondern mein neuer nächster Freund versuchte, mir den ganzen Preis des Aufenthalts zu zahlen trotz meiner bereits ein Einzahlung - et tu, front desk guy?? (Glücklicherweise war ich nicht so jetlagged, um nicht zu bemerken). Zumindest nach einem solchen erschöpfenden Prozess ertrag er, habe ich ein anständiges Zimmer ...oh warten, das Toilette wurde gebrochen und war ständig schüttelnd - was wir von der Halle näher an das Zimmer hören konnten. Ich denke, wenn wir noch 20 Minuten auf dem Büro verbracht hätten, hätten sie es gefangen. Auch diese Zimmer sind laut Bruh (Niagara Toiletten neben), wie für real. Wir waren auf dem 10. und dann 8. Stock mit dem Fenster geschlossen und es gab so viele Autos, dass Sie denken würden, Marokko hatte gerade die Weltmeisterschaft gewonnen (sie hatten nicht). Wenn 'städtisches Chaos' klingt wie Ihr Äußerstes Gehen nach Ibis Abdelmoumen - nur Sicher, um zu berechnen, um Ihre Aufenthaltszeit zu verbringen auf dem Front Desk.

Schöne Kunstdeko-Elemente in der Architektur. Das Front Desk ließ uns großzügig am Mittag einchecken; ein großer Plus nach einem langen Flug und die Reise vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Gute Lage in Fußabstand vom zentralen Markt und dem Hafen. Diskotheken, Straßenbahnen und die Umgebung in der Nähe verursachen bis Mitternacht eine laute Umgebung. Die Flüge im Eingang lassen einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Das Bett ist akzeptabel, aber die Bänkküchen und Dekorationsbänder sind sehr schmutzig. Das Königsbett ist eigentlich zwei Doppelbetten zusammen gedrückt. Die Dusche leckt überall Wasser. Wir werden gesagt, dass das Wasser trinkbar ist, aber der Geschmack von Chlor ist sehr stark. Der Preis bei 385 MAD entspricht dem, was wir erhalten haben.

- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.
