Antwort der Unterkunft: Dear Mr Rufo We regret the experience of Mr Rufo had in our hotel and we are extremely sorry he was not able to enjoy the dream vacation at Thundi Village The weather during Mr Ruffo stay was bit rainy and cloudy with lots of wind and Mr Rufo wanted to leave the hotel much earlier and wanted full refund. The hotel did not agree for a full refund but a partial refund which Mr Ruffo refused. Then he started threatening with bad reviews and taking photographs of minor things in the hotel. Mattress in the corridor is something which should not have been there but the photo was taken during housekeeping of a nearby room. January weather was not good unexpectedly and guests were not happy about it. Weather is something we cannot control and have no power over it. we sincerely apologize that we were not able to provide a good stay for Mr Ruffo Kind rgards from Thundi Management
