Sehr schönes und nobles Hotel. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Ich war gestern im Zimmer 3020, es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Ich bin schon seit vielen Jahren in den heißen Quellen von Fengxiang. Dieses Mal war die Zimmerkategorie, die ich gegeben habe, eine Suite mit einer kleinen Terrasse auf dem Dach und zwei Badezimmern. Es ist wirklich erstaunlich. Ich habe dir kein schlechtes Zimmer gegeben, nur weil es so ist wurde online gebucht, und es passierte einfach. Auf dem 520-Festival bekam ich so ein gutes Zimmer. Am nächsten Tag wurde es aufgrund der Verspätung des Essens kostenlos bis 13:30 Uhr verschoben. Der Service ist einfach großartig. Ich habe auch das nächtliche Einweichen erlebt und das Surfbecken hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ich habe auch Mehrkorn-Schweinerippchen, gegrilltes Schweinefleisch und Kaki-Nudeln bestellt. Das gebratene Huhn schmeckte köstlich😋. Ausführliche Tour, der Händler muss so gut wie eh und je sein~

Very family fiendly and staff and reception are very nice. The location is great and close to the longman grottoes. The hotspring tub was great and relaxing.

The rooms were spacious with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast is just okay, very less variety of options! The location is just perfect and near to railway station. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, characterized by a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The staff members were very accommodating and eager to assist; however, it is worth noting that their English proficiency was limited, which occasionally made communication challenging. The dining options available were quite reasonable, offering a variety of choices that catered to different tastes. While the room provided a comfortable space, it did show signs of age. Additionally, there was a noticeable leak in the restroom that could use attention.

Room is old and unclean, apparently lack of maintenance. Didn't trust their hotspring either. Dispite of these, house keeping service was good. Overall a disappointment.

Great place for a sauna!

If you can, book a courtyard room, and not a room in the main building as they are noisy. The reception staff will get a taxi for you, there is nothing in the area of the hotel

房間環境很好，窯洞房型也是第一次住，比較有新奇感，房間的私湯温泉也很乾凈衞生，就是這幾天風太大，落葉比較多，一路上遇到的服務人員都很客氣，尤其是我們的管家媛媛，服務很周到，即便是夜裡11點左右請她安排人幫我門送蚊香液也是第一時間就安排了，還有最後接我們送我們去吃早飯的小哥哥也非常有耐心，下次有機會到洛陽還會選擇這家酒店！

追評：10日在酒店住了一天，感覺甚好，於是要再續住一天，前台小妹還主動為我們升級了房間，倍感温馨。客房服務員又為我們送來紅酒酸奶水果小點心，頗為暖心。 室內温泉水泡池隨時可去泡湯，解乏放鬆，還備有專用的塑料隔膜，即使有潔癖的人也大可放心。 第二天早的自助餐，有些熱菜竟和前一天的有不同，可換換口味，這有點令人驚喜。 退房時，遇客房服務員主動熱情幫我們提行李到大廳。又有前廳服務的小帥哥笑臉相送至車上。 總之，這兩天的鳳翔温泉之旅，舒適温情，不虛此行。

一下火車就直達洛陽鳳翔温泉酒店，我們入住的是窯洞觀景房，温泉♨️是在室外，房間很大，設施稍微陳舊些，但確實是真温泉，一天打卡回來，温泉一泡，疲勞消失，這水90度有的，泡好身體很滑。服務員💁♀️熱情❤️服務周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。洛陽之行遇到10級大風，泡泉有風聲作伴也前所未有，這也是不一樣的體驗^_^

酒店真的太好了！孩子特別喜歡玩水，所以特意選了鳳翔温泉酒店，屋子裡就有一個大泡池，不用出去就可以泡温泉，還特別私密，玩了一天特別累，但是一泡温泉感覺所有的疲勞都緩解了！我們還特意去温泉洗浴部那邊，有十幾個不同種類的温泉，特別好玩，可惜我們來的時候已經是晚上了，下次有機會一定去玩一整天。酒店服務特別特別好！送了水果和紅酒，客房的姐姐也特別好，為我們提供各種服務，特別温柔，還幫我們提行李，一直送到停車場，真的太熱情了。還有豐澤園的飯也很好吃😋

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店，禮賓就熱情幫忙搬運行李，前台辦理入住迅速又貼心。房間床品舒適，房間泡池很大，温泉水很舒服。早餐豐富多樣，每一口都超滿足。特別是客房大姐服務細緻入微，下次還選這兒！強烈推薦[強][強][強]

洛陽鳳翔温泉酒店真是休閑放鬆的絕佳去處！温泉水質清澈，種類豐富，泡完後身心舒暢。環境優雅，綠植環繞，私密性也很好。服務人員熱情周到，從入住到離店都讓人倍感貼心。客房整潔舒適，設施齊全，餐飲也很有特色，尤其是本地美食令人回味。性價比超高，無論是家庭出遊還是情侶度假都非常適合。強烈推薦給喜歡温泉的朋友，下次來洛陽一定還會選擇這裏！
