It was a lovely and family trip the best hotel in gomti nagar and the price so come lucknow and stay in hotel

Poor staff, took late check-out charges for 10 mins delay. Gives delay check-in but nobody considers that.

We had a great stay, good sized rooms, clean washrooms. Excellent service. Great food. Highly recommended in an affordable price

My name is Sanjay Rohilla. Very poor restaurant and unhinged restaurant as ever of my life as seen. I am doing the complaint to restaurant staff, instead of the solution they was doing the argument with me Pathetic services as ever seen my life I am strongly recommending, do not book this hotel for Rs 1 also. This is completely waste of money to booked this type of Hotel Food & drinks: Very unhinged restaurant there was so many mosquitoes and cockroaches. And staff was very in dirty clothes and served with very bad tea and breakfast quality is poor. I am strongly recommending to do not book this type of Hotel in Lucknow . I stayed for one night. The hotel is located at a convenient place. The staff service was thoroughly professional. They took extra care for all the details. Food quality is good. The only issue was that during lunch there were a lot of houseflies in the restaurant. I requested the service person for a fly catcher, but probably they didn't have one. Other than this, the stay was really comfortable.

Room is good, but yesterday ac was not working whole night, nobody recd my call for the same bahut pareshan ho *** e gar-mi se patient thai sat h me, so problem hui jyada

Nice and comfortable stay. Room was clean and cozy…I am happy with stay. Food was good. Staffs arrived are also very friendly.

Property is good but stay was not that comfortable as room key was stopped working again and again so i had to go to reception for opening the door because server down issue. And about the service, staffs are not much experienced they dont know how to deal with guest and how to talk. Much needed experience staffs. And about food i had taken breakfast also hut didn’t liked the food at all what they provided as breakfast buffet. There is no management they are serving cold food only. So it was not worth according to the high charge they taken for the room.
