Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lucknow, and while it has a promising location near the airport, unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel is well-built, but the lack of cleanliness and hospitality makes it far from a pleasant stay. We checked in around 10:30 PM and were initially assigned rooms that were far from up to standard. To our surprise, they were on a smoking floor, which we didn’t request. After raising the issue, they did move us to another floor, but the new room wasn’t much better. The cleanliness was subpar – there were food crumbs, residue on the table, and leftover trash on the floor, including pom poms, lentils, and clothing tags from previous guests. The blankets were visibly dirty as well. Despite the disappointing room conditions, I’ll give credit to the fact that the hotel is freshly built, and the location is convenient for those traveling to or from the airport. The breakfast spread was also quite good, which is a redeeming factor. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially from a brand like IHG. It’s hard to consider this hotel as part of the IHG family when it fails to meet basic cleanliness standards. I strongly feel that the hotel needs a proper audit and closer inspection from headquarters to ensure better management and guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

This is the only one hotel that I use to stay in Kanpur. So far so good, beside the bed too soft for me.

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. They had variety of options for vegetarian as well. The service provided by Hosiyari was good. Her behaviour was good. Overall it was good. The ambience of the hotel is also good Overall satisfied with the service and the food

Hoshiyari has given us ultimate service . She is very god polite in nature and kept asking us for our needs. And ambience was very good and hygiene is good. Whenever comes Lucknow will prefer to stay in holiday inn only and give reference to others also

I stayed here for a family travel to outside city. It was wonderful stay and good and service by Mr Rampal is very good. I recommend this hotel for anybody finding the hotel nearby lucknow airport with proper amenities and near to airport for quick flight out from lucknow

It was really nice stay, rooms are big, well maintained and organised. Housekeeping staff does their job nicely, restaurant staff was polite and responsive. Variety of food option in breakfast and dinner like north indian dishes, south indian dishes. Good taste and fresh food Will recommend stay for business, couple, family and everyone.

The check in is smooth. No hassle no wait time. The F & B staff is great in the Deli - warm courteous attentive to your needs. The staff members at the Deli are great as well and make sure your are satisfied with the order if any customisation. To name a few Anjali Simran Anshu Riya
