We arrived with no reservations and Libby and Charlene at the front desk placed us in a handicap suite when we expected a regular 2 queen room. They realized when we walked in that I was in a lot of pain due to a broken foot. They gave me extra pillows to elevate my foot and made sure we knew where the ice machine was. We picked this hotel because it is very close to my orthopedic surgeon's office. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was clean and tidy. Definitely will stay here when we return for my one month doctor visit.

Es war einfach, ins und aus zu prüfen, aber als wir ins Zimmer kamen, konnten wir kein Gepäck finden. Das Zimmer riecht wie Zigaretten. Es gab keine andere Schranke als ein dünnes Blatt auf dem Bett. So war das Schlafen in der Nacht super hart, weil es im Zimmer kalt war. Wir hatten es bei 70, aber es war noch zu kalt. Ich hätte gerne einen dickeren Schrank haben sollen. Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und sonst war unser Aufenthalt schön.

Everything was nice except we woke up to a hallway full of **** smell in the middle of the night. The hotel took care of it the next day.Food was great, area was great, would definitely stay again. Manager was very gracious

Good location but ordinary motel and very limited breakfast. And they are very slow at filling up the containers with butter or grape jelly and there is always only one muffin left. And when there are many people eating, staff disappears so they cannot fill up what's missing. Also, they play the Fox Tv channel very loud, maybe to get people to leave early? Why not just play the local Lubbock channel at a less loud volume? Room ok, but my family think they got bitten there by bedbugs.

I don't ever write reviews but I felt the need to on this trip. I went to visit my father for Christmas, away from my husband. They are refusing to refund me for two nights unused because I had to check out early. The breakfast was mediocre and cold. The beds were surprisingly uncomfortable and the staff was not great either. When I checked in it was good but checking out, the lady seemed annoyed because I mentioned I would be checking out early and that's all I said. I will NEVER stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.
