Super Service, Sauber und sehr gutes Hotel ! Frühstück ist auch wunderbar

The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel provide Nuxe for their amenities. Smell is really nice and the view is perfect.

El desayuno normalito faltaba una tostadora, que se tendrian que dar cuenta que el huevo para el beicon no se hace así, nadie lo comia, sera por algo!!! por lo demás muy bien todo. Un vestíbulo impresionante, con su escalera a lo grande. Las habitaciones muy limpias y la atención en el vestíbulo genial.

Very pleasant stay. Our family have been staying here for over twenty years. Always a good choice, for location, good service and delicious meals (half board). Overall, good value for a comfortable pilgrimage to Lourdes. Staff are well trained, very kind and efficient, from reception, to restaurant service and including housekeeping. Location is pretty good. Only 10 minutes easy walk (mostly flat) to the Basilica and nearby restaurants. Overlooking the river and peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Although, it is older than some of the other hotels and certainly requires modernization in the communal lobby and first floor, the rooms themselves are clean and renovated.

Hotel has very good location. Walking distance to Lourdes sanctuary. Friendly and helpful staff. Consistent in its services similar to my preivous stays. Room is okay. Hallways though going to the room is quite dark and feels somewhat old.

Beautiful hotel with a short walking distance to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Rooms are comfortably appointed under the Accor hotel group. A delicious breakfast was made available each morning. Our group of 51 also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, also very good. I was very pleased with this hotel.

I have stayed more than 1500 nights over the past 10 years, while this is only a three star hotel , the service given by Matthieu PORTEIL and his team is perfect… My wife was feeling very hot due to the summer heat and the aircon was not strong enough. There was no fan in the hotel and Matthieu PORTEIL went out to other places to borrow a fan for her, ensuring she and our 2 year old is very comfortable.

Stayed here end March beginning April on our annual visit to Lourdes, with this being our second visit to this lovely hotel. Journey from the airport to hotel by taxi about 15/20 minutes depending on traffic. Swift check in at reception. Rooms on the 4th floor overlooking the river. Super comfortable beds, toiletries supplies, walk in shower, much needed kettle with coffee sachets, tea bags, milk & sugar supplied. Breakfast lovely, hot & cold items, tea, coffee, juices. Hotel close to the Sanctuary. Quiet time of the year, not very many restaurants open but you are able to find something to eat. Supermarket about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff all round friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay here, many thanks. Highly recommended.

Booked directly through Accor website as we are a member. Booking went smoothly. The receptionist were helpful, friendly and professional. A lot of cafes around the hotel. It was a lovely walking distance to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Au Roi Albert Restaurant was excellent & food was delicious and reasonable price.

We visited the restaurant, and the food and service was excellent. Actually the food was stunning and the chef had really gone out of his way to present good quality meals. The reception were very helpful with our enquiries and with shopiing that we did in the hotel. We did not stay there, but if accommodation matches food and service, it is definite a must. The location by the river is fantastic, and it is a very short walk to the sanctuary. The airport shuttle arrives/departs no more than 100 metres from the front door.

Stayed here on B&B basis end of March. Our 8th annual trip to this beautiful place and can honestly say we have found this hotel to be the best. Swift check in by Andreiv at Reception. (Apologies if I’ve spelt the name wrong) 😊 Fantastic spread at breakfast, hot and cold food, coffee, tea, juices and a wide selection of other foods. Room with balcony overlooking the river. Beds super comfortable, hair dryer & toiletries supplied. Welcome gift - nice touch and the item that most travelers ask for, the much wanted kettle along with coffee, tea, milk & sugar supplied. Rooms cleaned very well. Staff all round friendly and courteous. A super stay, highly recommended. Many thanks.

Stayed at the hotel mercure lourdes imperial in the last week of February which is typically off peak. Hotel was nice and clean and very walkable. Rooms were of good size and clean. Only complaint with the facilities was it was quite dark in the hallways after stepping off the elevators since it was motion activated. Quite a few times, a few seconds have elapsed before the lights would turn on which made for a really dark moment before stepping towards your room. Location is really good as it is only a 5 min walk to the Lourdes Campus and quite close to all the restaurants and shops. But since it was off peak, a lot of them were closed and was quite a hike to find open establishments for dinner and the like. All in all, a good value for your stay in Lourdes.
