Comfort Suites Louisville Airport

The room wasn't as advertised, no jacuzzi tub even though I put it as a filter. The staff was super rude, the room was dirty with a condom on the ground under the night stand, when I brought it to Management they didn't seem to care wouldn't switch us rooms to the one I booked that had a jacuzzi tub. Over all horrible experience I want to talk go someone in Management at trip about this. It's not right. I believe we should be comped a rook at another choice hotel, I will pay for a night if the second night is free or at the very least give me %50 off of my next booking. They were renovating the 2nd floor, there was paint on the floor, nobody mentioned this to us before checking in. So can someone from trip app, upper management please get it contact with me so we can resolve this and make it fair, I will take another choice hotel just not that one ever again. My wife is calling corporate to explain how out night was ruined as well.
