Hotel Bourre Bonne Louisville, Curio Collection by Hilton

This review is long overdue. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my husband’s 50th birthday trip. It is conveniently located in downtown Louisville close to everything. The hotel is everything you could want and need. First off, the staff was exceptional. Everyone we met was professional and courteous. A special shout out to Stephon with the Concierge and Courtney at the Front Desk. We really appreciated the champagne and welcome letter upon arrival to begin our celebration. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well- appointed. The hotel offers nice amenities included a rooftop bar and pool and a Cadillac Escalade shuttle service. We never had to take our car out the entire weekend. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, distilleries and attractions in downtown Louisville. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant on-site where we had breakfast. This is one of THE BEST hotel stays I have had in many years. They have really instilled the concept of hospitality within their employees. We will definitely return and continue to recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Louisville area. This wasn’t just a place to sleep but a major highlight of our trip.

GREAT HOTEL!! This is an excellent experience the staff went over and above to make sure everything was perfect on my stay. The bar staff is very knowledgeable about all things bourbon. The vallet service was awesome even at 3 am Trey and Joe! Overall AWESOME!!

My wife and I travel quite a bit and have stayed in some very nice hotels and resorts including some Michelin Key properties. Hotel Bourre Bonne will be at the top of all the hotels we've experienced thus far! Everything was perfect, and I previously worked in the hotel industry so I can usually point out flaws immediately. We stayed for our anniversary and they went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we had an amazing stay! The food is absolutely delicious and we loved the steakhouse. Kara was absolutely fantastic! My biggest pet peeve when dining at a nice restaurant is being rushed, and her timing could not have been more perfect. The breakfast and service by Regina was also amazing. The rooms are beautiful and I highly recommend the corner rooms. They are huge! The rooftop was so much fun and Brooke took excellent care of us! My only small complaint is that the rooftop pool is freezing. We cannot wait to return though!!

Exceptional small hotel with beautiful decor, great staff and a really yummy breakfast menu. The room was lovely, spacious with nice bathroom amenities. Location was great for walking to local bars and the distillery shop fronts. We would happily come back and stay when we visit again - Louisville captured our hearts! Blockout blinds in the rooms would make the rooms perfect.

Hotel is stunning. We were upgraded to a corner room 5th floor and the room was beyond spacious. Nice amenities including a full bar cart!!! Gym one of the best I’ve had in a hotel and there is a water machine that you can add flavors or electrolytes too. Loved it!!! I think the standout of our stay was the Concierge Stephon and the maintenance man Mike! Stephon’s helped me with so many things but when I need a notch added to my belt he brought in Mike! Mike is in maintenance. They came up with a plan. 5 minutes later Mike delivered my belt and it fit to perfection. These are the details in a hotel that won’t be forgotten. Kudos to this dynamic duo for helping a girl out. Highly recommend hotel .

Hotel Bourré Bonne sets a new standard for hotels in Louisville. This is my new go-to hotel when I'm in Louisville. From the spacious beautiful lobby to the steakhouse to the rooftop bar, this hotel takes everything to the next level. There is nothing else like it in Louisville. The rooftop bar is world class and feels like something you would find Miami or LA. You truly do not feel like you are in Louisville. They have nightly music as well on Thursday, Friday & Saturday that is a great bonus! Again. World class vibes on the rooftop. The food is equally amazing. Some of the best steaks I have ever had can be enjoyed here. The hotel also showcases local merchants at the lobby shop. And did I mention the smell throughout the hotel is intoxicating! And available to buy in the lobby shop! The rooms are large and well decorated. The soaps and creams in the bathroom are very high end. And the bed is extremely comfortable! There is also a world class fitness center that is one of the largest fitness centers I've seen in a hotel. I've stayed at very large hotels that have smaller fitness centers that the one at this hotel. The fitness equipment is also Technogym which is best in class. Thoroughly love this hotel!
