Fabelhafte Lage, friedliches und ruhiges Resort. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, was ein Bonus ist. Das Personal hat sehr hart gearbeitet und alles getan, um unsere Reise zu etwas Besonderem zu machen. Die Enkelkinder liebten den Pool. Das Resort liegt etwa 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt und bietet viel zu unternehmen.

We loved our time here chilled and relaxed bars at your doorstep . We was penthouse plus which you must book in advance .but the superior suites are also modern and nice inside .aircon was in both living room and bedroom in penthouse plus and at 32 degrees we was glad to have it .guys at reception are helpful and friendly. Pool area is nicely spread out not crammed in. Location is one of the best in los cristianos no steep roads to go back up .will defo be back in either penthouse or superior .just one thing ..you have x2 stars fallen of your sign at the front of the hotel .this place is defo 5 star not 3 ha ha ...see you again soon..thankyou :)

We had a wonderful break here recently. It was close to the airport so no long coach drop off trip. Check in was brisk & friendly. Our apartment was fab with a sea view. A good size & had everything we needed. Loved the fact there was no pool activities : you could fully relax in peace. Staff very nice in all areas. Shout out to the lifeguard who would help us set up in the mornings as my husband is on crutches & has mobility issues. Beautiful walkway along the beach which my husband could manage. Good food & drink at the pool bar with decent prices & great service. We would highly recommend staying here. And hope to return in the future.

We stayed as a family of 8 with 3 rooms. This was our second visit to Paloma Beach Apartments. This time we booked superior rooms with air conditioning which is a must in August. The rooms and pool area were spotlessly clean. The pool area is the big selling point with a sea view and an on site restaurant (mi casa tu casa) the staff there made us feel so welcome, especially Alina. The food and drinks were excellent. The room had 2 large balconies ideal for sunbathing. The staff are very helpful. Even before we arrived I had requested that at least 2 of our rooms were near each other which they replied saying that they would try their best, which they did. We also added extra guests to 2 rooms at the last minute which we paid extra for but this was arranged with no problem, fold down beds were added to the rooms. All in all great staff, excellent location and have already booked to return over the New Year.

A true home from home which is why we keep returning, spotlessly clean and nothing is a bother to the brilliant and very friendly staff, pool area is immaculate with a 2 euro fee for the beds means that no one is up early stealing sun beds, very highly recommended and will be returning soon.....

Solo adult with child, wanted an apartment in a quiet area but close enough to travel to Siam park easily. Upon arrival the pool area is stunning and very clean, despite arriving 3 hours early our room was ready. We had a penthouse apartment which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely large balcony with table and chairs and impressively two sun beds, cleaners were very polite not just barging in presuming room was empty and happy and reception staff helpful and friendly too. We had two busy days out and about and today our last day we have relaxed on the lovely balcony admiring the sea view and pool and sunbathing. We were let down by the Mediterranean Palace as was not ready but so glad we found this hidden gem, if we come back to Tenerife this will be our first choice now

This is our third visit to Paloma beach apartments. We absolutely love it here. The apartments are very well maintained and extremely comfortable. We use the cafe bar at breakfast time and they serve a really nice English or Scottish breakfast and we've had a couple of lunches here too over the years. The outdoor gym equipment needs some attention (broken footplate on rowing machine). In all we have a brilliant time each time we come to Tenerife and would highly recommend these apartments.

Fantastic stay at Paloma Beach, our apartment was fantastic and super clean, the pool area was amazing and you can actually get in the pool as it is heated. Staff are great with nothing too much trouble. Location could not be better with bars and restaurants close by, try the Fu Xin Chinese down the road, you will not be disappointed.
