An honest review of the hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 11am and told we couldn't check in until 3 o clock this was quite frustrating as we had one very tired 3 year old who had been up all night all we wanted to do was check in not wait around for hours. When we got to the room (eventually) we found it to be basic and clean Which is all we wanted however the beds were horrendous and only one pillow each. There wasn't any Aircon and no fans available. Cleaners did come every day without fail. Also plug sockets were very limited so would advise to take an extension lead. Through no fault of the hotel someone around us was smoking **** on the balcony and stinking out are room every night. Some people have no respect for others!! The pool was clean but considering the size of the hotel it wasn't a very big pool. There were groups of young people playing water polo in the pool which really wasn't enough room but still it was allowed so you were left sticking to the sides and unable to swim around. people reserved sun loungers with there towels and then would disappear which I find very frustrating. Also only one pool bar which is fine by day but at night it became extremely busy and your left to queue for ages. I heard alot of people complaining about the food but however we found it very nice always something to find to eat even for the fussy eaters but it did become a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant worked extremely hard to keep it stocked and clean. Overall we were happy with the food. The entertainment team were wonderful with the kids especially Cesar going above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy and having fun but entertainment for kids was half hour - 3/4 hour at night and that was it no disco or anything for them after they had a few games normally a singer would come on which was no fun for the kids but I guess adults need entertainment too. Just found that there could of been more than just a few games for half an hour for them. Location of the hotel was great but it was quite hilly I'm so glad I took my pram. Las Americas only a short taxi ride away or half hour walk so we did that a couple of times during our stay. Overall we didn't have a bad stay with the hotel it was pleasant enough but not one I would return too

Just spent 10days here for birthday, 1st impressions it's clean, but very dated and in need of modernisation. Check in was quick and staff very friendly and helpful. Room tired and beds were very hard, but on mentioning it to rep I was given mattress toppers straight away. Rooms cleaned regular. Food was not bad and refreshed regular as opposed to sitting there all night, choice was limited but enough get by, it's after all apartments so many cater themselves hence dining room small.. we found food to be pleasant. No entertainment or games room, is a pool table near pool in the dark, and a reading room that's never used and could be a great game room. Reception area isn't welcoming or comfy or appropriate for sitting, just quirky, would be lovely area to sit and relax or read with z drink if had nice sofas etc, wS bit chilly sit near bar, hence was rarely used.. Extra charges apply in your stay like pool side lounger mattresses or umbrella, and although offer WiFi it's only at bar area so if don't have data you need to purchase.. safe isn't in room but on ground floor area, didn't want to be going up and down stairs so didn't use, I like in the room.. Hotel is good location with bus station and supermarket and not far to front,, Add up pros and cons it's a good hotel for price

Das Hotel Andrea ist auf dem besten 2 * Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe, sauber, unerwartet Komfort und hervorragender Service. Die Lage ist perfekt, entfernt vom schnellen Burly aber nahe genug, um zu den Stränden und dem Hafen zu gehen. Einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Schlafzimmer hatte ein komfortables Bett, angemessene Lagerung, Klimaanlage, das funktioniert gut; auch ein ruhiger, effizienter Deckfans. Das Badezimmer ist gut. Es gibt eine Kehle, Tee und Kaffee; TV, Safe, Haartrockner, viele Duvets usw. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Tisch und 3 Stühlen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Größe Lounge mit einem Verkaufsautomaten Verkauf, Schokoladen, Soda, etc. Rezeption ist 24 Stunden am Tag bemannt, gut Englisch gesprochen. . Der Aufzug funktioniert gut. Sie haben einen sicheren Verschluss, um Fälle zu verlassen usw. Sie machen nicht Frühstück, aber es gibt eine Reihe von Cafés relativ dicht; auch ein Supermarkt unter dem Hotel. Wir zahlen rund 60 Euro pro Nacht und blieben dort zweimal. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Direkt abseits der Touristenstraßen, also ruhiger, aber nicht weit zu Fuß, um im Zentrum zu sein Toilette sauber Zimmer sauber Jemand ging ab etwa 1 Uhr morgens regelmäßig auf und ab zur Toilette und wusch dann um 2 Uhr morgens etwa 15 Minuten lang Pfannen. Um 4 Uhr morgens kam es mir wie eine Ewigkeit vor, dass ich wieder fließendes Wasser hatte. Ich hatte keine Ohrstöpsel und konnte daher nicht schlafen. Entsetzliches Verhalten. Das Licht vom Flur/der Toilette erhellt den Raum und der Vorhang ist nicht groß genug, um das Fenster abzudecken.

Sehr schönes und angenehmes Golfhotel Wir verbrachten Ende Februar / Anfang März dieses Jahres einen Golfurlaub in diesem Golf-Ressort. Ein schönes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Golfplatz. Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es einen Buggy für den Weg zum und auf den Golfplatz. Großzügige Zimmer (wir hatten ein DZ Superior) mit tollem Bett. Das Badezimmer dazu bedürfte einer Umgestaltung durch Abbau der Badewanne und Einbau einer ebenerdig zugänglichen Dusche. Das würde sicherlich den überwiegend 65+-Gästen entgegenkommen zur Vermeidung von Rutschgefahren. Das trotz Pandemie gehaltene Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bereit, die Gäste in deren Sprachen anzusprechen; dies gelingt partiell aber die freundliche Bemühung ist sehr anerkennenswert. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück - sehr empfehlenswert - gebucht; das gab uns die Freiheit, abends außerhal des Hotels oder aus der Karte der sehr guten Hotel-Restaurantion frei zu wählen.
