Die Reiseroute des Unternehmens ist dieses Hotel. Wir haben ein Zimmertyp mit Frühstück reserviert und es ist sehr komfortabel zu leben. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Viele Orte umgeben können, die sehr gut sind.

Overall our stay was average. Service ranged from exceptional to poor depending on who was working. We understand that mistakes happen and things are overlooked but it seemed to be not one but many things that were overlooked or not taken care of. From old torn towels, no slippers or extra pillow in closet (when we were told that is where they would be) to a broken bed/and or mattress that sagged in the middle. They were prompt in providing slippers and pillows, however, we inquired about a new mattress or room change and were told we would be moved when available. I assume nothing was ever available as we were not moved. They forgot or misplaced our breakfast order and we waited over 40 minutes while others came/ate —and left. There were a few exceptional employees and everyone was pleasant and appeared to want to satisfy but unfortunately a lack of sleep and all the little things did not add up to a pleasant stay. We will not return.

Ich war so aufgeregt, hier zu bleiben. Ich kam um 5 Uhr und unser Zimmer war nicht zur Verfügung, um einen zu schlagen, so dass sie uns Zeichen für kostenlose Getränke an der Poolseite gaben, während wir da waren, warten wir, ob jemand zu uns kommen und Getränke anbieten und nichts, so dass ich mich entschieden, auf die Bar zu gehen. Wir bestellten unsere Getränke und als wir mit den Token bezahlten, machte der Bartender mir klar, dass ihr Tipp nicht mit den Tokenstreik 2.. Ich dachte, ich könnte es nicht mehr, also entschied ich uns, zu Abend zu gehen, wir fertig Abendessen nach 6:00 Uhr und noch nicht anrufen mein Zimmer war verfügbar, so entschloss ich mich zu fragen... wenn ich dort alle plötzlich unser Zimmer ist verfügbar. Wir gehen auf unser Zimmer und es ist die falsche einst 3-Streich, wenn ich zurück in die Lobby fand ich einen Gentleman, der unser Gepäck aufspringt, so dass ich ihm erfuhr, dass unser Zimmer nicht der war, den ich reservierte, er entschuldigte und ging mich in die Lobby.. Als wir im Lobby waren, entschuldigten sie sich und gab mir einen Rabatt für den gemischten... die Einigung, dass es nicht das Zimmer war, das ich reservierte und wollte Wein und Käse ins Zimmer schicken.. nie der Weinstreik 4. Am nächsten Morgen beschlossen wir, zu prüfen, ich sagte der Gala da über meine schreckliche Erfahrung, so dass sie den Käufer auch, als ich meine Rechnung bekam, sie hinzufügten andere Gebühren von $90 und gab mir einen Rabatt von $60 . Ja, die anderen Gebühren wurden hinzugefügt, um den Rabatt zu kompensieren. Ich fühlte mich so unbehaglich nie wieder zurück, ich bin immer noch traurig über meine Familienreise, die ruiniert wurde und uns unwohlfühlte. Ich hatte nie diese Erfahrung je.

I’m absolutely horrified at how my stay was handled. In the morning of Jan 7 2022, the front desk called me saying I had a call, the name of the caller was unclear to the front desk clerk. So I took the call knowing my father is the only one who knows my room number and I assumed it must be him as I am in town and staying near by his house to be able to care for him. The caller was not a voice I recognized and he asked for someone by another name. So I said sorry wrong room and hung up. When I went to tell the front desk to please not connect callers who ask only for the room number because the call was not for me and he had woken me up by calling. the clerk then confirmed that the caller asked for me by name and room number. My stomach dropped. What?!? This is terrifying. It’s possible the clerk lied about this fact to cover his mistake in not following protocol and putting a call through without confirming the guests name the caller is seeking. However, for him to not admit this after I spend hours freaking out and figuring out what to do, is beyond inconsiderate it is immoral. The manager’s first response to me over the matter was that his staff handled the phone call protocol correctly and that I accepted the call. This is after i had to coax him from his office to even talk to me, his entire attitude was that he couldn’t be bothered to do more than the bare minimum legally speaking. Ok, so your only concern is that you legally covered your self on basis of me accepting the call. But what about some strange man has my name and room number and I’m a solo female and you do not care at all other than your telephone protocol…. They offered me a room change and I said I had to think about it but ok that’s an option. I decided it doesn’t matter if I’m in another room bc if there’s a breach in their system my new room number connecting to my name would be listed. the all male staff at this point aren’t behaving in a manner that makes me feel safe to sleep alone here another night as they are barely showing concern or a desire to make me feel safer or like they even have a clue how to work in hospitality. These men had the customer service voice but the behavior was to protect their own jobs. There was not a shred of concern that a guest of theirs could be in danger or that somehow their system had been hacked. I am born and raised LA. I am not afraid of LA, I did not listen to travel advisories about crime in LA right now bc it is my home town. I needed to visit my family and be near to my dad but not in his home after flying internationally (covid). This location was my best bet. Aside from the horror of who knows what the hell was going on, the room is also totally not worth the price, stains, dirty walls, thin walls. My windows had no screens. But I can’t stop thinking that some strange man new my room and name and then pretended he wasn’t calling me? So he wanted to check my voice? That I’m female? Young? Alone? Ich muss die Erfahrung war einer der besten, die wir je hatten. Das Personal war erstaunlich und sehr freundlich. Jede Frage, die wir beantwortet hatten, wurde sehr gut beantwortet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön, unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und geräumig.

Der Stil des alten Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist durchschnittlich, gehen Sie 10 Minuten zur Einkaufsstraße. Der Frühstücksraum, der Garten und die Lobby sind klein, aber der Service ist wirklich gut und wartet auf kostenlose Getränke und Snacks. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und schön, besonders die Badezimmer auf der Halbinsel sind immer so gemütlich

Zu teuer für diese Art von Motel. Es ist kein Hotel. Zu laut, die Zimmer blicken auf den Pool und es gibt immer Leute, die sich sehen und Lärm machen. Die Zimmer liegen zum Gang und Sie können das Fenster nicht öffnen, weil jeder, der vorbeigeht, Sie sieht. Und Sie haben keine Privatsphäre.

Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

gutes Hotel. Hilfevolles Personal, das mir erlaubte, den Pool für den Nachmittag zu verwenden, obwohl ich ausgefahren hatte. Mein Flug war nicht bis 9.30 pm. Zimmer ruhig und komfortable mit einem Zimmersafe. Pool sauber. Viele Restaurants und Bars auf der Straße. Das Sur Restaurant bei 606 nth Robertson hatte das beste Rib-Eye Steak Ich habe für viele ein Jahr gegessen ----preis jedoch

Sie war lustig, nett, informativ und gab eine tolle Pedicure! Die Leichtigkeit/Geschwindigkeit des Zimmerservices war zweit bis keiner. Wenn Sie gehen, müssen Sie ein Mandelcroissant zum Frühstück bestellen, weil sie Mundwasser.
