Excellent stay. Without any worry. Room size and amenities were perfect. Special thanks to the hotel staff that assisted with a variety of needs. Gym restaurant and wifi were excellent.

The location is near the metro station but doesn't have a lift or escalator. Only stairs, difficult if you have heavy luggage. Bed sheets and towel were with stains.

Good location near underground and air con is so good in summer time. Nice service.

the facilities are terrible. NO place to hang the clothes. not convenient.

Love love love this 2 storey hotel for 3 Individuals. Plenty of privacy, very close to the tube and most importantly in a safe yet quiet neighbourhood. Will stay here again!

I have booked and paid for Trip.com, but when I arrived hotel , the front desk Double Charge me, what’s wrong! ? I told them, but they didn’t care about it, changed me again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Would stay again and recommend to others. Only down points were told they didn’t offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.

AC not working in both rooms. Could not sleep entire two nights. Had to open windows to let in air.

Great location, very clean. The staff where really nice and helpful.

I was told only at the entrance that the AC system was broken down. It was the hottest time in London and the tempt airconditioning does not work really well.

場所的にとても良かった。自然歴史博物館を初め、科学博物館、バイトパックなどが近くて、名イギリス観光地まで35分内。バス停も駅も近くて、スーパーも何軒が歩ける場所に、本格にイギリス漬けに慣れます。ホテルの皆が笑顔で、朝ご飯は温野菜があり、いい滞在になります、また、泊まりたいと思っています。

沿馬路，晚上很吵；離地鐵站步行約兩分鐘，公共交通還算便捷；預訂酒店時寫清楚三人入住，到了以後發現樓下的沙發床沒有鋪好，和前台聯繫後才安排解決。服務人員都是阿三，總覺得態度不夠親切；入住當天信用卡按金，到現在已經兩週多了，還沒有解凍，真是無語……

這家酒店雙床房的床特別大，三個箱子都可以並排打開，簡直超出了我的預期，來之前看評價説倫敦酒店很小和日本差不多，比日本大多了好嗎，前台小夥很nice，問了好幾遍是否過敏，剛開始沒聽懂，他很耐心，原來是送給我們曲奇，這個曲奇太好吃了！早餐也可以，離自然博物館、V&A走路就幾分鐘，附近還有個中餐廳，上海10號，拯救了我的中國胃，推薦！

適合第一次來倫敦帶孩子住，離的自然博物館，科學館，VA很近，酒店對面有地鐵站，超市等 很方便
