The hotel I stayed at was in a good location and area to where my friend and I were visiting in London. However, staff were terrible during stay. Very unhelpful and hard to understand on the phone from the reception desk team, when regarding an issue I had whilst staying in the hotel. Also, poor customer service with promising calls back regarding an issue I had and never received a call back. Asked to speak to manager, team leader or supervisor and was told they are not present, I find hard to believe during any other issues that arise who would you speak to at the hotel. Must have split shifts with managers working morning and then afternoon, but told no was available. Price also is very expensive, to what you receive at the hotel and poor customer service shows I won't be staying here again. All these impacts from this hotel, has deterred me to staying again and any of my friends/family to stay here for the future. Prime Inn need to have a rethink and sort out your hotel.

Nearby Paddington station and restaurants. Good beds. Tea,coffee and cookies and a fridge are provided in the room so that is nice. Very small bathroom and even smaller breakfastroom in the basement. But there is a variety of choices at breakfast so that is okay. But the breakfast room is not covenient because it is so small to move around.

We ended up booking at Prime Inn Hotel late at night due to having to leave our other hotel promptly. The guy on the front desk was extremely polite and even upgraded our room. The room was clean, which compared to our other hotel, was a blessing. Would definitely recommend.

The shower did not have any hot water so could not shower the morning after, Parked at the property and had luggage stolen from my boot, the receptionist advised I should have gotten the CCTV and after 2 weeks nothing called again nothing, the bed was pretty hard and hurt to sleep on it, only good thing was the look of the room, location. Don't take your own vehicle and don't leave anything in your car otherwise you'll regret it like I did.
