This hotel is right in the heart of theatre land and is easy to get to other attractions as various metro lines are around. It was our birthday and they kindly left a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious cake and decorated the bed. Beautiful touch and really appreciated. The staff were extremely helpful and solved many of our problems too. The only ****** was our toilet as after flushing the water would continue to drip until you went to the flush and pushed it several times to stop.Cant comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat at the hotel. Overall a great hotel and I would 100% stay again.

Great hotel

酒店在中國城馬路對面，是個小酒店，處於非常熱鬧繁華的區域，酒店設施還可以，但價格要三千左右，按這個價格對比的話房間就顯得達不到要求了。如果願意花錢買個地理位置方便倒可以選擇

早餐很好吃

酒店位置非常好，靠近唐人街和地鐵站，房間很大，雖然我在低層房間但隔音很好，沒有太多嘈音，唯一美中不足是浴室去水很慢，

房間很小，但是周圍環境很好就在中國城很方便特別是吃東西，酒店本身就沒什麼服務，客房送餐21點就沒了酒店餐廳也很一般，打掃衞生是下午才看得到人

Super Hotel, tolle Lage, London mega Stadt!

So much road noise!! I know it’s a busy road but an investment in glazing would definitely be worth it here…shower pressure was horrific on the 5th floor…like seriously bad! Bed was comfortable, room was perfect size wise for what was required but that road noise meant I had a horrible nights sleep I’m afraid!!! On the flip side some of our party were not overlooking the road and didn’t have this complaint so maybe just ask for a road not overlooking the road!

Perfect location, situated between theater and Chinatown districts. Very close to Piccadilly Circus and underground. The property was sufficient, the bathroom was tight, I would not have fit into the shower if I was any larger. The concierge had a permanent scowl, not sure we ever saw a smile on his face, all others are friendly and kind.

Small shower but everything else is nice. City noise at night but location is perfectly located.

Exceptional location, clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was comfortable except that we had a full bed (I was expecting a queen based on booking) which was tight for two people.

What a great hotel in a great location! But even better is how great the staff was to my family who arrived very early in the morning of check in. They were able to drop their bags off and when they returned that evening, everything was in the room waiting along with a nice note. Also appreciate that the manager reached out by email day prior to ask if we needed anything. Highly recommend!
