Descent for the price. Breakfast simple standard. Comfy bed. The free WIFI dose NOT work at all from room, but okay in the lobby

The room was a bit small compared to what we paid.

Room is good and clean. The breakfast is great. However, my mother said her bed has something smell not good.

I enjoyed my stay the area was near a number is train and bus lines and came with a tasty free English breakfast The room was deliciously toasty, a huge bonus as i was there in January, I’d stay again

The hotel is located in a very nice and central area, very close to the the underground. Good rates for breakfast being also included. The staff was friendly and supportive. The only problem was the room and the bathroom both too small for 2 people. Anyhow It was perfect for short stay

This was a nightmare for my family. We only stayed 1 day and run away. I asked for refund they didn't even care. Horrible hotel, very dirty very smelly. Everything old. Bathrooms are Horrible. Do not stay here

Charming hotel with great placement. Short distanse to underground. Nice staff, but a little shy receptionist? Good standard and clean hotel but quite small. Overall we had a good time. World recomend

Room was very small for 4 people, but we expected that. We were only there to sleep not lounge about during the day. Staff was nice and helpful, room clean and overall charming

Ich habe zu wenig Erfahrungswerte umbvergleichen zu können. Ich hatte einen Rabatt buchen können, da fand ich den Preis jetzt angemessen. Sonst vielleicht etwas teuer, aber wie gesagt, ich kann nicht vergleichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand mein Zimmer ganz gut. Im obersten Stockwerk. Es ist schon recht hellhörig. Der Fahrschuhl war klein und eng. Wie es in manchen alten Hotels so ist. Mir hat es wohl gefallen. Der Zustand des Hotels ist halt alt.

Warm staff at breakfast. Bathroom facilities to be improved.

Staff is friendly, room was great for our needs as a family of 5. Daily room cleaning was perfect! Lift is small but nothing two rides couldn’t accommodate. Walkable to the tube, restaurants and Kensington Park.

Bed was very comfy

We spent a week at Duke of Leinster and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were lovely and service was excellent. The hotel is very well located to many popular tourist spots, a number of train stations close by and easy walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington. Would highly recommend and if ever in London again would be our first choice.
