Gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich TESCO, auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum und es gibt eine U-Bahn-Station. Das von uns gebuchte Executive-Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern verfügt über zwei große Betten und ein kleines Bett. Auch die Küchenausstattung im Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, z. B. ein Kühlschrank, ein Toaster, eine Mikrowelle, ein Geschirrspüler usw. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Edelstahl tiefen Topf, der uns eine tolle Tonic-Suppe zubereiten kann. Die Waschmaschine eignet sich sehr gut zum Waschen und Trocknen und ist grundsätzlich für Eltern und Kinder zum Wohnen geeignet.

Ich kann Courtney auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werde hoffentlich wiederkommen

Heizungen reichen nicht aus, um die Räume warm zu halten. Aber ich bin mit dieser Preisklasse und der Größe völlig einverstanden. Die Lage ist für mich perfekt, da es nur 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Es ist großartig, den Mond zu betrachten, während man auf dem Bett schläft. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das war eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung, Als ich in der Wohnung ankam, sagte der Verantwortliche, dass ich keine Zahlung von Trip.com erhalten hätte. Daher kann uns kein Zimmer zugewiesen werden. Wir müssen den Zimmerpreis an diesem Tag bezahlen, bevor wir einchecken können. Schließlich habe ich den Zimmerpreis für diesen Tag bezahlt. Ich habe später bei Trip.com angerufen, um mehr zu erfahren, konnte es aber nicht rechtzeitig bearbeiten. Ich warte auf eine E-Mail-Antwort. Allerdings habe ich bisher keine Antwort per E-Mail erhalten. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und muss mich beschweren.

Apartment was absolutely beutifull so was the beds bath everything about the place was lovely after reading the reviews I was expecting a horror and ended up having a brilliant one night stay with My son for his birthday and would come back anytime.. Easy access easy 2 find close to transport only give 4 stars as the 250£ deposit upfront wich I had back the next day.

Absolutely misrepresented, misleading apartment details, not as advertised. Please double check that you don’t fall into the same scam as I did. I booked a ‘luxury apartment’ and this was far from it! It doesn’t deserve a ‘1 star’ rating, if I could give it a zero it would be more appropriate. The building was on a busy crossroads intersection with busses and HGV’s running late into the night. The photos on the website are of a luxury apartment but these apartments are in a really bad dirty state of repair; no hot water, dirty toilet and toilet seat cracked on the edges, the shower doors don’t close properly which means the water leaks over the floor, the floor boards are broken, noisy and uneven (a tripping hazard), there was no headboard on the bed, the tiny windows didn’t close properly and the blinds didn’t work! There was also construction noise from early morning which woke me up. When I went to reception to enquire if I had been given the wrong apartment, there was no one at reception and the door was locked. I made a formal complaint to their receptionist who had said she passed it on to the manager. However after many follow up calls on a weekly basis and promises that the manager will call me back but they never did. 2 months later, I still hadn’t heard back from the manager. If you decide to stay here insist on seeing the photos of the actual apartment that you will be staying in before booking. Better still, don’t book here, you’ll thank this review!

We treated ourselves to a Penthouse Suite for a worrying US Visa interview, and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location, easy journey to the Embassy, walk 15 mins, frequent bus 5 mins. The suite was immaculately clean, luxurious and sparkly. Wasted on just the two of us, but well worth it for a bigger family. I would definitely book this again. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Grotty flat, very tired with the cheapest furniture you can buy. Check in is haphazard at best and the whole place reeks of cost cutting and budget. Very badly equipped in the kitchen and so much broken stuff it isn’t worth listing. Super disappointed as it was NOT cheap. Avoid avoid - over priced, under furnished. The only redeeming feature is its proximity to the power station and all the facilities there.

This is a scam! This business shows you lovely photos of apartments but when you check in they give you an apartment which is in bad state of repairs, no hot water, dirty toilet seat and broken on the edges, broken floor boards, blinds don’t work, no headboard on the bed, construction noise from early hours of morning with windows that do not close, shower doors don’t close and generally very dirty. When you call them, nobody is at reception. Your view from the window is large lorries and busses driving towards you. We made a formal complaint and chased it every week but they never responded. If you decide to stay here insist on seeing the photos of the actual apartment they will give you before booking. Stay in a 1 star hotel and it will be better value for money.
