Inverness Terrace Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments

DO Not Stay at 80 Inverness Terrace. We came to London for carnival weekend. The fridge stunk and by time my sister went to go to bed an hour after me she noticed that bugs had appeared on the bed and all up the walls!! We called the woman 7 times to complain but she didn't answer ok it was 1am but still. We then went to sleep in the car and came back in the morning we then tried to call her again after 3 times we finally got through. She wasn't very helpful and all she did was bring us some new sheets to change the bed ourselves. We did contact *********** and managed to get a full refund. Also was lucky enough to book apartment across the road.

We stayed here for 7 nights and have many compliments, starting with the wonderful location, close to everything! I also imagined that the room would be smaller but it is not. It still has a very functional bathroom and a kitchen with all the basic items we need for practical meals. The apartment is very safe, the bed is comfortable, and there is a fan and iron. When we needed help, the staff answered and helped us, this is also a positive point. We recommend the Studio to anyone wanting a good stay in London, and look forward to staying here again.

Disgraceful, poor customer service, only one person on reception for check in Had to provide photographic ID on arrival, they copy this and also charge you a £200 damage waiver, which is ironic considering the apartment was damaged throughout Shower door didn’t shut so flooded bathroom Provided bare minimum two cups, two spoons, two forks, two plates ( you get the idea) No coffee or tea Dirty mattress Stains throughout apartment, chips and dents Would not give me a refund when I complained, was merely told the apartments were being refurbished in September ( because that makes it okay?) Overpriced, poor standard and nothing like the photos on booking Avoid!

My friend and I stayed here for four nights during July. When we arrived in the room it was stifling hot with only a fan to cool the room down. We were surprised on arrival with a £200 security deposit which we were not informed of prior to our trip. The shower door in the bathroom was broken on arrival which we told reception about. Nothing was done about it which resulted in the bathroom being soaked every time one of us had a shower. Shower was tiny as well. We were informed that cleaning was available but you had to ask a day in advance. We asked for fresh towels on our second day and never received them. The area of these apartments is pretty good and that’s where the two stars are coming from. Very close to Queensway and Bayswater underground stations. So in short if you’re looking for a place to sleep near tube stations and you don’t mind the room not being cleaned then stay here. If you want a clean room that’s not far too hot then don’t stay here.

Exactly as described. Easy and convenient location very close to two different tube lines and Hyde Park. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a nice walk to Notting Hill and all that brings. If you have the energy on arrival you can walk to Paddington Station for the trains as well as a canal walk to Camden. Well worth a stay.

I recently stayed at MSK Serviced apartments , 32,Inverness terrace on a recent last minute trip with a group of ladies and was apprehensive about staying after reading some mixed reviews. On arrival were were impressed with how clean and tidy the general area was and the building we stayed in was very clean. Check in was quick and stress free, as stated they take a security deposit and refund once checks have been done ( not heard anything to the negative yet so hopefully this will be sorted soon ) We stayed in apartment number 4 in the basement and were surprised at the general look of the place. There were 3 singles and 1 double bed ,a bathroom and a small kitchen area. There's a cupboard in with hangers ,a hairdryer and iron and board. We were 5 ladies sharing and found the beds comfortable and the bathroom to be of a good standard. The bathroom faces a small yard and has frosted glass window and we were concerned when we heard a group of men in the yard late on The night we arrived,but we didn't have any issues. The kitchen area has cups ,glasses and plates/bowls but no tea towels or cutlery, I think these are available on request. The lack of cutlery wasn't a problem As we mainly stayed out during our stay . There's only 1 mirror in the bathroom so I'd suggest taking a spare one for groups sharing. If you're thinking of booking ,you should know that the properties have both long stay and short stay residents ,the wall are quite thin so you can hear others around you ,they can get a little warm and if staying in the basement rooms you'll probably hear the tubes running under you. All in all though ,we had a very comfortable stay for the price we paid and would happily stay there again if visiting the city.

Room was fine but I was charged £250 deposit on arrival and it has no been returned. Messages ignored. ABnB dispute grinding slowly. I see now that ABnB does not allow ‘deposit charging’ outside its platform. Whilst I was there someone else rang to complain about this (lucky them, I can’t get an answer when I telephone).

We stayed for one night and it was good. Very clean and tidy and the cleaner was a very lovely guy Very close to amenities and easy walking distance to Nottinghill and Hyde Park Clean towels and bedding and a great coffee maker,shower and kitchen facilities Downside… it’s quite noisy and not the best soundproofing from up stairs. The bed needs attention as it squeaks every time you move!! And the pillows were very hard The outside light security light is very bright and does disturb your sleep if your in lower apartments…could be rectified with thick curtains instead of blinds All in all though had a good stay and thanks again to the cleaner hope he gets his music career up and running as he really does work hard!

This was our 2nd time at this property.The office personnel is so friendly and helpful. We love staying here. Its close to the tube, bus, bikes and railway. The cleaning person is amazing and always helpful. Can't wait to go back next year
