最糟糕的一次、房間128房间嘈到根本睡不着.服務態度差，要求调房，说住满了．只有一句話：I can’t do anything for you now.

訂的1.5的雙床房，和小孩一起3個人住，房間乾淨整潔，也算寬敞。酒店離地鐵稍微遠一些，走路8分鐘，酒店附近是富人土耳其人區的感覺，治安挺好，在市中心，離海德公園也8分鐘路程，去景點遊玩地鐵也很方便。附近吃飯，主要是一些酒店裡的高級餐廳，還有路邊一些餐廳，還不錯。酒店房價偏貴，但符合四星級的標準。

算是我住的性價比非常差的酒店了，一天4000多，4星級，很舊。

非常好的酒店，位置不錯，設施齊備。

Super centralt beliggenhed, meget imødekommende staff, der blev gjort pænt rent hver dag på værelset. Staff i baren var meget opmærksomme det føltes rart når man rejser alene. Særligt mr. Bijen i Baren. Dette var 2. gang jeg var på dette hotel, og vil bestemt vælge det igen.

Check in staff was very polite and professional. Hotel was cleaned, breakfast was lovely. Great location for where we were going and Hotel car park was a secure area. The only downside was a crack basin in the bathroom and looked like a leak under the basin to which we reported this to the reception staff. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely go back there again

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, safe, conveniently located, and there was a decent restaurant there. The only issue we had was our thermostat broke our last night there and they claimed it could not be fixed. Little effort was put forth from a customer service perspective. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a nice variety of food in a buffet style. Clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Overall it helped to make a wonderful trip away for my family.

Short family weekend in London Outstanding staff and location, the could use a fresh up. Everything is fine but a bit outdated.

Good but condition not working it is freez also some light not work but in general it is not bad if the try to fix that

I paid for a King bed and did not get a king bed. The hotel phone in the room did not work so anytime I needed something, I had to go downstairs to the front desk. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

The only problem is the air conditioning that doesn't work and they put a device in the room that is very noisy
