Comfortable hotel within walking distance of Oxford St and Bakerloo line. Stayed in the larger room so more space. Room had no window but was quiet. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Die Lage und dass das Hotel neu ist, sind leider das einzigste positive in dem Hotel. 1. die Zimmer sind leider sehr muffig da die Fenster nicht zu öffnen gehen und die Klima dank Bewegungsmelder nach 15 min wieder aus geht. Reinigung gibt es nicht, nur die Handtücher werden auf Wunsch gewechselt. Somit stapeln sich Staub und Tassen im Zimmer. 2. beim Frühstück gibt’s keinen Käse, keine Abwechslung absolut keine 3 Sterne wert 3. die Musik ist sehr laut beim frühstücken Aufgrund der Zimmer absolut nur 2 Sterne.

The Hub by Premier Inn, Marylebone is excellent for the price. Rooms are compact but highly functional and are spotless. The facilities and location are perfect for West London. Short walk to Marylebone and Baker St stations, and 10 minutes on the train to Wembley. Bar open till 3am, friendly staff and breakfast for £8. I had a bigger room for single use and it was perfect for our trip to Wembley. I would definitely stay again.

I was here for 2 seprate nighs in February. I came here to see a show. I like the bus I could take to the west end and all the shops on the high street on Edgware Road. My room on the 7th Floor. The like the lights, TV and the big bed. The power shower there towels and water bottle. The Breakfast was busy. I had a good sleep. The staff were very friendly. Thank you to all the staff. I will be back soon.

The hotel surprised us positively: location (close to 02 tube lines - less than 5 minutes), atmosphere, hot water and coffee available 24h, clean and functional room. Positive point for the staff, especially the morning staff, who were extremely cordial.

An excellent, good value base in central London. Wonderfully efficient reception staff. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a great view of the London skyline from a narrow window on the eighth floor. The floorspace in the compact room is efficiently designed to provide plenty of storage, a spacious shower room, somewhere to sit and eat and a great bed.

Everything was great! Definitely book the bigger room for 2 people. Great location with buses and subway station near by and it's not far from the shopping district. The breakfast was also nice and the free coffee or tea during the day was much appreciated! Didn't have any good issues.

You simply can’t go wrong with the Hub by Premier Inn hotels, particularly in London. Prices are very good and we regularly use either Kings Cross or Marylebone for visits to London. Rooms are compact but functional, we go for the larger sized room all the time so can’t comment on what the smaller ones are like. Beds are comfortable, shower very good and enough storage space for a good fews days stay. You kind of adapt to what space you have and it works. The Marylebone hub is in a fantastic location, Edgware Road for H&C/Circle Line is less than 5 minutes walk, Marylebone Underground/National Rail is 5 mins walk for Bakerloo line into central London . Finally Baker Street Station is 10 mins walk for Bakerloo & Jubilee lines. Good thing to note is that the M&S food at Marylebone Station is open until Midnight. Hotel as you would expect is modern and very clean, staff are very helpful. We had a street view room and there is a busy main road right outside but soundproofing is very good, hardly heard a thing from the constant traffic. Breakfast is basic (cereals, pastries, fruit, bacon/sausages/scrambled egg) but well worth £8 per person (try finding a breakfast for that price in elsewhere in Lindon). In summary, great value for money in a prime location for visiting the Capital.

While I love Hub by Premier Inn, to try to charge £15 if you arrive one hour earlier than the check-in time seems outrageous. I noticed that the guy that's on duty at 2 pm finishes at 3 pm so he tries to pass all the checks to the colleague that starts later so he is not delayed. This is not the expected customer service. I understand the charge if you arrive at 11 am, but arriving at 2 pm?

The Hub London Marylebone is a fantastic hotel and well worth staying at. The location, jsut near Marylebone Station and a short walk from Baker Street tube, puts it at the heart of travelling in London. The check-in process (both self server) as well as with the reception team was quick and easy. There is a bar on the ground floor and a lovely seating area where you can have dinner / breakfast. The rooms are very clean and feel fresh. The bed was super comfy and was a joy to sleep on. The room had air con and was perfect for a restful nights kip. We were so impressed we are planning a return visit and will be booking the hotel again.

Lovely room, very modern and clean. Comfy bed, nice lighting and room temperature controls. Only issue was a lack of places to hang our wet towels! Really needed a towel rails in the bathroom. TV was a good size with lots of Freeview channels.

Great little stay. Lovely and clean, polite and helpful staff. Cafe bar and restaurant available. Very close to the underground station of Edgware Road. Rooms replenished with towels each day of stay, and left luggage optional to store bags at end of day. Thanks

I had breakfast at Premier Hub, and the scrambled eggs made by Chef Liliana were the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, creamy, and full of flavor! On top of that, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. They are truly lucky to have her!
