Obwohl wir erfreut sind, dass Ihnen die Umgebung und die Sauberkeit des Hotels gefallen haben, bedauern wir, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht vollständig erfüllen konnten. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Fahrradweg und leider ist das Parken nicht gestattet. Gäste werden jedoch in der Regel von Taxis hinter dem Hotel in der Muscovy Street abgesetzt. Unlike Tower Suites, which is a 5 star hotel and Tower Residences is a collection of one and two-bedroom independent living apartments. Due to building regulations, we preserved many original features to maintain the property's historic charm. One of these features is the primary windows, though we installed double glazing to accommodate the increased city noise compared to the 1900s.We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the busy location of the apartments. Had you raised your concerns with our staff during your stay, they would have addressed the issues or offered alternative accommodations, such as a room in our sister hotel, the Tower Suites.
