Upon arrival, both of the self-check-in machines were not working, which was a little inconvenient. However, the staff member on duty was very friendly and welcoming, which helped make up for the initial hiccup. Unfortunately, the aircon unit in our room kept gurgling throughout the night, so we ended up switching it off at the plug. This left the room quite cold, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. In the morning, we came down hoping to pay for breakfast but were told it had sold out—this was at 9:30 am. There were also signs mentioning that, due to supply issues, several breakfast items were unavailable. It’s disappointing that this wasn’t communicated earlier, as we could have planned to eat elsewhere instead of waiting. Additionally, the lock on our door didn’t seem to function properly, which was concerning. To top it off, there was only one coffee machine working, and the coffee it produced was very weak. Overall, while the staff were lovely and did their best to assist, the numerous issues we encountered made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
