行過去泰晤士河15分鐘左右，基本可以打卡泰晤士河邊著名景點。離Farringdon地鐵站好近，去倫敦郊外好方便。 酒店早餐很不錯，選擇多樣，好多外地的英國人入住。 缺點系房間比較細，無洗刷用品。 系一間性價比高的酒店。

Zuallererst ist es wichtig zu warnen, dass das Zimmer klein ist, das Bett in einer Ecke des Zimmers steht und Sie sich daher in diesen Zimmern etwas beengt fühlen können, wenn Sie zu zweit reisen. Wenn Sie jedoch alleine reisen, ist dieses Hotel außergewöhnlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber. Über ein Bedienfeld am Bett lassen sich sowohl die Beleuchtung als auch die Klimaanlage steuern. Der Raum ist auch mit einem großen Tisch ausgestattet, der problemlos einen Laptop-Computer tragen kann, was es trotz der geringen Größe des Raums ermöglicht, im Raum zu arbeiten. Apropos Hotelpersonal. Der Check-in erfolgt zwar theoretisch autonom an einem Terminal. Das Personal ist anwesend und hilft Ihnen während des Prozesses. Ich konnte meinen Koffer auch vor der Check-in-Zeit im Hotel abgeben. Und schließlich ist dieses Hotel sehr gut im Zentrum von East London gelegen und nur 7 Gehminuten von der Londoner U-Bahn, ThamesLink und der Elizabeth Line entfernt. Room had no window which was not mentioned on the website and even the clever lighting could not mask the fact that you felt dumped in a box room. Bathroom floor full of white lime scale stains that built up oversome time (handicapped room), no glasses for toothbrushes or water, no shampoo. No room service at all (seemingly has to be requested extra at the reception each day? (I thought I booked a hotel? ), not even the beds were made up. Very sad state of affairs, just to cut cost. Hardly any breakfast choices after 9am (no orange juice, no pastries, no bacon), due to Premier Inn Supply issues? Go down to your local supermarket and source these items. Cooked breakfast was stale. Eveninng cocktails very underwhelming (we tried the X-mas special). All in all a very disappointing experience and we thought this hub concept should represent a step up from the usual Premier Inn. Not recommended for the price charged

Upon arrival, both of the self-check-in machines were not working, which was a little inconvenient. However, the staff member on duty was very friendly and welcoming, which helped make up for the initial hiccup. Unfortunately, the aircon unit in our room kept gurgling throughout the night, so we ended up switching it off at the plug. This left the room quite cold, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. In the morning, we came down hoping to pay for breakfast but were told it had sold out—this was at 9:30 am. There were also signs mentioning that, due to supply issues, several breakfast items were unavailable. It’s disappointing that this wasn’t communicated earlier, as we could have planned to eat elsewhere instead of waiting. Additionally, the lock on our door didn’t seem to function properly, which was concerning. To top it off, there was only one coffee machine working, and the coffee it produced was very weak. Overall, while the staff were lovely and did their best to assist, the numerous issues we encountered made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The air conditioning in my room was inadequate and made me feel unwell. I really wish there had been an option to open a window, as the air felt stale and not fresh. Additionally, the check-in process was unnecessarily long due to a large group of guests ahead of me. It could have been managed more efficiently. However, when I expressed my frustration, the hotel manager stepped in to assist and promptly provided my room key, which I appreciated. Still, the extended wait was avoidable.
