THIS HOTEL IS TOTTALY SCAM AND SCARY AND RUN BY BUNCH OF SCAMSTER WHO WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.. I RECENTLY BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR A LADY WITH TWO SMALL GIRLS TRAVELLING..THEY TOOK ADVANCE MONEY 1365 AND BALANCE AMOUNT ON ARRIVAL 3185..we hav attached payment screenshot for reference...after check in guest went for lunch and when they returned in evening they were not allowed to go to their rooms and made to sit in reception..with only one old sofa to sit with one light in the reception at 9 pm in u safe conditions...we called the customer care she said her watsapp number not working so she dint pick up and gave excuses and full night customer sales person not answered call and kept disconnecting..COZ IT WAS ALL PLANNED SCAM At late night the lady had to go alone with 2 small children and check in to some other hotel...even after making full payment to the hotel...the owner is completely a fraud person..who talks rudely to the customers and it's all a planned scam with group of scamsters I request to pls read my review before taking this hotel..and DO NOT BOLK THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST AND DONT GO BY THE PICTURES..YOU MIGHT BE SCAMMED WITH BIGGER AMOUNTS..I HOPE AND WISH TO EVERYONE BE AWAY AND SAFE FROM THIS HOTEL... MY BOOKING DATE WAS 21ST TK 23RD MARCH FOR 2 NIGHTS!!

Fraud and Scam Alert for this Hotel,Worst Hotel Stay Ever, We have stayed from 27th Nov to 28th Nov and we have booked total 8 Rooms but Fab Hotel and this Hotel owner Did Fraud with us, we have booked at 12000 and they have charged us INR 16,000 for the hotel and they have asked us to pay 4000 additionaly which is total fraud with us now, fab hotel is also not reverting and this hotel staff is so rude that they are not ready to cooperate with us. I would highly suggest please don't book this hotel in Lonavala at all.
