Chambre et salle d'eau propre, pas tout neuf mais bien entretenu. Chambre sur l'arrière très calme. Un plus pour le sèche cheveux, rare dans ces hotels, les rangements nombreux. Petit déjeuner très correct, choix de produits également correct. Seul l'environnement de l'hotel n'est pas top puisque dans une zone d'entreprise, au bord de la N10

Sehr angenehm Empfang in diesem Straßenbahnhotel. Wir nahmen ein Familienzimmer mit 92€, kleiner, aber wir brauchten nicht mehr für unsere ein-nachtliche Fahrt auf der Ferienstraße. Es wird ein gesüßes Frühstück angeboten. Sehr guter Aufenthalt für uns.

Sehr gute Lage (im Herzen von Blois) in der Nähe des Schlosses, der Stiftung des Dute, der SNCF-Bahnhof und der Fußgänger- und Handelsstraßen. Das Zimmer (mit reversiblem Klimaanlage) und der Wassersaal sind zwar klein funktionell. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. In jedem Zimmer wurde zusätzlich zum Tabouret ein Stuhl hinzugefügt. Das Frühstücksbuffet (auf Wunsch) bietet eine Auswahl mit bekannten und berühmten Marken. Das Hotel bietet auch Gerichte und Desserts (sehr nützlich bei der sogenannten Gesundheits- oder Impfstoffpassage ...). Die Leiterin und ihr Personal hören auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Kurz gesagt, das ist eine sehr gute Adresse für Kurzaufenthalte!

Highly recommended for a budget, two star hotel. Located in the historic heart of Blois, each street-side room has splendid views of the castle and church (see photos), and is within easy walking distance of shops and cafes. Room 48 where we stayed is located on a corner site on the fourth floor, and has two large windows that open to provide a refreshing breeze. The en-suite bathroom was excellent and the twin beds were comfortable and clean. At 9 euros the breakfasts are highly recommended with eat-as-much-as you-like fresh croissants and baguettes, cheeses, hams, jams and yoghourts, plus fruit juices, teas and a freshly ground coffee machine to set you up for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful - thanks so much! We had difficulty finding the hotel until a friendly local took pity on my sister and me and drove us round the one-way system to the entrance! Think of the hotel as being located on the right side of a giant letter ‘U’, with the huge castle at the bottom, and the underground castle car park (nine euros per day) on the left side. In the centre is a park and baroque church facing the castle. Exit the car park and walk down towards the castle; cross the road and down some steps into the wooded park and past the church entrance: the hotel is straight in front on the other side of the road. The hotel provides an excellent centre for exploring the beautiful Loire. Of particular delight: Leonardo’s house in Amboise, Francois I’s Chambord, and Chenonceau (see photos).

We had a couple of reservations about this booking as after we booked we looked a past reviews. Very pleased we booked as our experience was super from start to finish. The reception staff were fantastic, we arrived late and they could not do more to help. The room was small, but we knew that, extremely clean and had everything we wanted or expected. Based on our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending, breakfast had great variety, no hot dishes, but that was stated on the site. Thanks for our great overnight stay. Colin
