We had our wedding here on 21.09.2024 Sheldon is the wedding coordinator of dreams. Can not thank him enough for making our day as special as it was. Communication before, during and after was 100% The hotel itself is perfect, every single staff member goes the extra mile and they are an absolute credit to the hotel. The food- we ate at the restaurant the evening before and the food was outstanding The wedding breakfast- oh my!!! Every guest complimented how amazing the food was. The rooms are spacious clean comfortable. The bridal suite is huge!! The bathroom is the best hotel bathroom we've stayed at the bed is lush!! If we could do our day again there is nothing we would change

Check in was efficient with a warm welcome from the young lady at the desk. She was very helpful with some other queries too. I haven't given 5 stars because the TV is strange in that you can only access it through apps. I had to move rooms as my first TV wasn't working. Secondly, having emailed beforehand to check the restaurant would be open for breakfast, when I got there I was told it was Chef's Day Off so no breakfast was available. Apart from this the hotel was warm and comfortable with good parking.
