The hotel is well situated close to all attractions the staff where all really friendly and helpful definitely recommend and will stay there again

We have just spent a couple of days staying here. As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the help and service from the staff on duty.....Sarah and Eve. They were also on duty serving in the restaurant and they were really friendly, polite and helpful. They work very hard! We decided to buy the meal deal for both days and we were not disappointed with the food. Every meal we had including the breakfast, was really nice and cooked to perfection. All the staff we encountered over the two days were friendly. We would have no problem staying there again as the hotel is in a great position, being quite central for most things and a short walk from the train station if you needed to travel by train.

Arrived at the hotel to discover I was nearly two week early. No idea how it had happened other than there was a problem when I booked and I had to hit the, "try again button" and then it worked and I recieved a confirmation e-mail that I never checked! I thought I'd booked e room for the 11th afterall. The two members of staff on duty when I tried to check in on the 11th were brilliant and managed to keep their faces straight when faced with my stupidity. They were calm, efficient and very professional. A credit to Premier Inn. The hotel was very busy and they managed to change my booking to the 11th and honour the original price I'd paid. They saved my trip really and to them I am very grateful, thank you both very much. You deserve employee of the month awards, you really do. The rest of my stay was excellent, the room was clean and the bed was very comforable. Breakfast was a treat, again the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is well appointed and within reasonable walking distance of all that Llandudno has to offer.I A wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly. Once again thanks you, you were both marvellous.

All the Staff on Check in we interacted with was very friendly and helpful the hotel was lovely and the premier plus room was very nice and comfortable. The bed and shower in particular was great, the Breakfast was also good and the staff again was very nice will definitely come back again!

I visited the Premier inn Llandudno with my husband and two children and we had a fantastic stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t fault them. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable we all had a great sleep. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and excellent value especially with the children. Excellent stay at the best hotel in Llandudno
