We arrived Friday afternoon 29/3/24, the owner Dan, kindly moved his car so we could park outside of the property, such a kind gesture.. His partner Aggie was also lovely, showed us to our room and explained everything to us, when we got inside, there was an Easter Egg and card on the bed so thoughtful.. Room immaculate, had a lovely weekend, will definitely be back 🥰 Many thanks Lorraine & Rob

How superb owners were really great nothing too much trouble. Everything you could need just had to ask if there was something you wanted. Location was just around the corner from the town shops, lovely stroll to the beach and promenade. So clean comfy bed pillows great we loved our stay. Probably have to stay again.

Had a lovely weekend. Very happy with our room, nice an bright, Beds so comfortable. Anysley made us so welcome like we'd known her a long time. Always on phone if needed. Can't wait to go back in August. Loved it 🤩

Great b & b and hosts. Lovely room with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and was pleased there was a fan in the room. Also thoughtful that there was milk in the fridge on our arrival. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Dan and agi x

Another lovely stay at Clifton Villas with Dan and Agi. Always such a warm and friendly welcome. A perfect choice for a stay in Llandudno close to the shops, restaurants and promenade. We stayed in the Snowdon Suite which fulfills every need for a long or short stay with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Dan and Agi are the perfect hosts, helpful in every way. We hope it won’t be long before we are back again.

Dan and Agi are amazing hosts, their guest house is always spotlessly clean and they are always welcoming and on hand to help with any questions/queries. 5 mins from the pier and close to plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. This is our second stay with them and there will definitely be a third.

we have just returned from three nights at clifton villa.wonderful location and an excellent room equiped with everything you might need.We travelled by train and only a five minute walk from the station.Really clean could not fault anything.Wouldn,t hesitate to book again.Thank you dan and aggi

A very nice hotel with everything that you could need in your apartment. Nice modern room and bathroom. As a nice touch Milk and biscuits already in our room on arrival 👍Lovely coffee machine in rooms. Very comfortable double bed and only 5 -10 minutes to beach 😊 Thanks Aggi and Dan🙏

Have just had a wonderful 3 night stay in the Snowdon Suit , lovely room , actually more of a studio , with a very handy kitchenette . Dan and Aggi were there usual friendly and helpful selves. Location is perfect for the beach and the town centre. We personally found the new self contained format an improvement on the usual B n B , although I’m sure returning clients will miss Aggie’s delicious breakfasts, as did we. Best of luck for the future. Mike & Janice.
