Snooze

We had booked this hotel as a get away unfortunately on the day to drive to this hotel (5 hours) due to the severe weather warning with the storm across the UK it was not safe for us to drive due to road closures, flooding etc. Tried calling the hotel multiple times and no answer have emailed 3 times and seem to read our messaged and just ignore because they don't want to refund us for the room. Won't be recommend to anyone due to the customer service is non existent

Well my goodness what a relaxing and truly memorable anniversary we had at this friendly, welcoming and high quality guest house. From start to finish it was just perfect in every way. Brian set the tone for our stay with his professional, courteous and hospitable welcome and we were so wonderfully surprised when he showed us to our room and we saw how spacious, stylish and luxurious it was (room 1). With breakfast booked and our two course breakfast choices submitted, we enjoyed our complimentary fizz whilst sat in the window watching the world go (if you peeked around the corner you could see the pier and seafront). We were delighted to discover that there was loose leaf tea (a firm favourite of mine) and Taylors of Harrogate coffee bags for us to enjoy too which was a real treat. Dinner was out of this world ... We were greeted once again by the lovely, smiling Brian and he advised us about the number of sharing platters/dishes he would recommend and highlighted a few which were popular with other guests. We ordered the red snapper, lamb rolls and sliced steak with a side order of fries. It was absolutely divine! We enjoyed our mains so much that we shared the sticky toffee pudding for dessert (no dietier's regret whatsoever)! The whole meal was absolute heaven! Despite Brian's shift finishing before the end of our meal, we were well looked after by the other members of staff who were so warm and attentive and made us feel very spoilt. After a nightime stroll along the pier and a ride on the big wheel, overlooking the beautiful Llandudno seafront, we slept like logs in our extremely comfortable bed. The morning in Snooze was every bit as fantastic as the day before, starting with a jacuzzi bath and followed by the BEST breakfast we've ever had! We received a cheery welcome from another amazing member of staff (so sorry we didn't get their name) and enjoyed a fruit cocktail and porridge to start (my husband said the porridge was the most delicious he'd ever eaten) followed by an incredible full Welsh breakfast: perfectly cooked poached eggs and ingredients of the finest quality. We couldn't have asked for a better start to the day and again the ambience was just so relaxing. We really didn't want to leave! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snooze, as both a guest house and a restaurant, when visiting Llandudno. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful and the chefs and kitchen staff must be applauded too as their food was amongst the best we've ever eaten; absolutely top notch! Thank you to everyone who made our 22nd Anniversary the best one yet. You all do a brilliant job. We simply can't wait to return!

Large room. Friendly staff. Parking available upon arrival. Complimentary bottle of mini prosecco in the room fridge. Good quality tea & coffee facilities with fresh milk (although packaged sugar would be more hygienic in a bedroom) Breakfast was top quality & friendly service. Best porridge I have ever had! Ideal location for exploring Llandudno.

The snooze is a hidden jem within walking distances from the promenade and the pire. The guest house is very modern with all the amenities you could wish for. The staff are very professional and attractive, nothing is to much for them. The rooms are clean and spacious will all the requirements needed to feel at home. The restaurant was amazing serving in our opinion five star meals. We ate there for our full stay trying most if not all the sharing tapas dishes. The dessert menu was also delicious and well presented. See you next year. Dave & Linda

Stayed at this Snooze for two nights and also ate there on the Saturday night. Everything was fantastic. We managed to park right next to Snooze which was great. We stayed in room number 3 which was really nice, spotless and very spacious. Facilities were excellent, the shower was really good, TV was massive, the free little bottle of Prosecco, waters, tea, coffee and biscuits was also a nice touch. We slept really well as the bed was very comfortable. Now the food was amazing, breakfast is one of the nicest we've had anywhere. You could tell that everything on the plate was of good quality and cooked perfectly. At night we had the tapas and it was fantastic, best meal I've had in Llandudno. Can't wait to return also thank you to the staff who were first class.
