Die Lage ist bequem, die Zimmer sind gut gesund, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, komfortabel und die erste Wahl. Der Rezeptionservice ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, davor wurde etwas ins Zimmer gefallen und gut gepflegt.

Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und ordentlich und der Service ist gut! Auch in der Tiefgarage sind Ladestationen vorhanden. Die umliegenden Einkaufszentren und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten verfügen über sämtliche Einrichtungen! Von der Autobahn sind es nur wenige Minuten bis dorthin, sehr praktisch! Das Hotel im dritten Stock ist sowohl preislich als auch vom Essen her gut und bietet Verpflegung und Übernachtung aus einer Hand!

通過攜程定了一晚“曼生櫞四合院”，老闆和管家服務都很周到，建微信羣，推薦當地景點，並且入住時居然還到大門口迎接，温度高達38度，實在令人感動。説實話，我是第一次住民宿，完全是被高品質吸引的。戴森吹風機，TOTO衞洗麗，日本進口牙膏，進口洗髮水護髮素，房間投影大電視，毛巾也是自家洗衣機洗的，特別乾淨整潔。前後兩個院子都很乾凈，一層不染。早餐管家安排得很周到，自己包的粽子，水餃等餐食，好吃且健康，我媽也説特別好！一分價錢一分貨，下次我還會帶兒子一起來，因為我昨晚給他看了四合院照片，他微信點了8個贊，回頭再來👍

Die Hotelumgebung ist sauber und ordentlich und die Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen spiegeln den Standard eines etablierten 5-Sterne-Hotels wider. Besonderer Dank geht an Xiao Yang, Xiao Lu und Xiao Hu, die Manager an der Rezeption, für ihren sorgfältigen Service. Es gab zwischendurch einen kleinen Zwischenfall, den sie auch geduldig gelöst haben, was die Humanisierung des Hotelservices widerspiegelt! Ich möchte auch Tante Li Zhengmei vom Gästezimmer danken, die die Initiative ergriffen hat, Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten mitzubringen und einen Zaun aufzustellen. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und preislich absolut in Ordnung! Insgesamt sehr zufrieden!

Wir haben eine Familie, die besonders dankbar ist für ein Hotel wie das Wei-Wei-Geheimnis! Die Hotelumgebung ist warm und elegant, direkt am schönen Himmelsmeer, kann die Schönheit von Xiyang genießen, wenn Sie das Hotel nicht ausgehen! Der Service der Miss-Sister-Kleiner-Brüder des Hotels ist detailliert und liebt auch Hunde. Sehr gerne. Nächstes Mal wird Xiyang Wei verstecken.

Ich habe zuvor immer an anderen Orten gelebt, aber dieses Mal kam ich zufällig in dieses Hotel und fügte das WeChat-Konto des Hotelmanagers Zhou im Voraus hinzu, bevor ich hierher kam. Nachdem wir im Hotel angekommen waren, führte sie uns durch das Hotel und stellte uns geduldig vor uns zu den verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien und Vorkehrungen des Hotels. Der Service ist sehr gut, und das Einchecken ist auch sehr gut. Ich werde in Zukunft auf jeden Fall oft hierher kommen!

酒店預訂好後，就添加了管家周麗華周經理微信，貼心的給我們發了酒店定位和服務指南。我們定的是帶私湯的家庭房，房間很大，空調超級足，泡池在露台上，私密性非常好，隨時都可以放水泡温泉，十分方便，體驗感滿滿。晚上酒店餐廳的天目湖大魚頭，吃的非常好，小朋友回到家還念念不忘。

服務：非常滿意，特別是前台甘婷小姐姐，人美手巧，兩天都幫我們小孩編髮，美美噠拍了照片。 衞生：尚🉑 設施：裝修中式，配備了很多種茶葉，有桌子可以品茶。樓下兩張單人床正好體驗了一把睡前spa睡得很香。 環境：安靜，私隱很好，有落地窗山有小池塘，景色優美。 雙人180°湖景半山温泉（入住期間無限暢泡）:温泉很一般，室內室外都偏冷，男女都在一起，不太乾淨的。 單人馬術體驗:小孩子玩了一次第二天又體驗了一把。

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!
