Very friendly staff. Great location, easy walk to the downtown area. Will stay here again when im in town.

位置非常好，離碼頭很近，可以步行過去，這裏應該是利物浦最重要的旅遊區域了吧。房間也不錯，乾乾淨淨，有很大的停車場，方便。

Ich würde dort noch nicht mal hinfahren.Lage war ok,bis zur Stadt ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten.Das Zimmer war klein,das Bad noch kleiner. Ich hatte das zwar gelesen(wobei es keine Fotos der Gesamtansicht Bad gibt),aber war erschrocken, wie klein es war.Zudem stank es im ganzen Hotel (wurde durch Raumduft vergeblich übertüncht),evtl.war das Teppichkleber (habe Reste von Teppich gesehen) .Meines Erachtens sehr ungesundes Raumklima.Hatten schon lange Fenster auf,aber es war halt auch sehr kalt dann.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. I liked the location—easy walking distance to the pier. The bathroom was small, especially the shower area, but I didn't mind that much. The price was right. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel for the budget traveller.

Nice room very clean tiny shower room I’m not small so a bit of a tight squeeze free parking a bonus. About a 20 minute walk to city centre. For what we paid we got really good value for money Liverpool

Ideally located not too far from city centre, but far enough from the weekend revellers rowdiness.

the whole process of booking was so easy to navigate and complete. Reception staff were so friendly & helpful, the room was clean neat & tidy (a bit compact) it had all we needed for our stay, the bar staff were very pleasant & friendly, limited selection of drinks but OK for our tastes, the dining room overlooking the dock basin was well laid out and clean & tidy, basic limited menu but what we had was well cooked, tasty & well presented with large portions, restaurant & bar prices were reasonable for a city hotel. Central location within easy reach of lots of attractions, bars, cafes & restaurants. We will be back soon, BIG BONUS free on site parking.

We liked the staff reception at breakfast and the breakfast. Enjoyed the water front view. Despite having paid in advance, we felt that collection of all details of our Bank Card including the security number was wrong and compromised the security of the card.
