One of the rooms booked was not available on the first night and it took about 30 minutes for the reception staff to admit it was a mistake on the part of Quest.  The reception staff were actually telling us we had to go and look for alternative accommodation.  I have also been charged £446.68 by Quest despite the fact I had paid for my booking.  The reception staff are out of their depth and unsupported.

Location is perfect, right in the center. We were on the 6th floor, and even at night time, we can’t hear any noise. I had a great sleep!

The location is very good and easy to locate. And they offer a discount for parking as well. We reserved two rooms which are connected, very convenient and keep the privacy. Their rooms are so spacious, highly recommend.

We have a good 4D3N stay at Quest Liverpool City Centre. The location was 10mins walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station where we took a direct train from London Euston Station. The studio apartment is surrounded with good food and shopping stores. The room that we stayed was clean and neat which was beyond our expectation. Very good

The location was 8 minutes from lime Street Station. Super clean room with amazing unique design of one bed room apartment. The staff was kinda. Bed was good. We like it. Highly recommend. Close to all the site seeing.

Better than ever. First, the hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from the Lime Street station, which is very convenient for large baggage carriers. Second, service was good and the staff are sweet and helpful. Baggage storage was available. Third, various appliances like oven and dryer could be seen in the room. Fresh water and a small package of milk were served in the fridge.

Perfect location in central Liverpool, very spacial room, extremely clean with a fully equipped kitchen & perfect king size bed. All attractiive locations of the city locate within 15 minutes walking, it must be the top choice there !
