Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Novotel Liverpool City Centre… fantastische Lage. Das Hotel war sehr schön, die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Großartige Einrichtungen und das Frühstück war großartig ... viel zu bieten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen. Toller Familienausflug!

Das Frühstück ist großartig, die Rezeption ist effizient und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind modern und komfortabel zum Leben😌 Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist wunderschön.

hotel is located next to the central station, it is good for me to plan to visit any other places. The staff are helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay! It is a great play to stay for the price!

Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sehr gut, der Service ist auch sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und schön, aber das Hotel liegt im Geschäftsviertel in der Nähe des Hotels und es gibt nur wenige Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr schön. Es gibt jeden Tag viele Leute, die Aktivitäten unternehmen.

We love this hotel. it's central. It could do with some updating in the bathrooms, & some of the mattresses but overall, it's good. The building is beautiful & full of history...

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Aus dem Hotel in der rechten Richtung können Sie die alte Kirche und das Museum am Rande der Wolken sehen. Das Schlüsselhotelzimmer ist Holzboden, freundlicher für die Menschen, die allergisch gegen die Wolken sind!

The only downside was with ”TRIP.COM” themselves, as when booking my room for 2 adults and one child, the conformation confirmed so, but when checking in the room was booked for 2 adults only, the manageress explained it was not their fault , and told me that this is not the first time that this has occured and we the guests are left bewilderd why this can happen, ”SO TRIP.COM PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SORT THIS MESS OUT, from Paul

Clean rooms, with amenities (supermarket, laundromats, restaurants nearby). Near the James Street Station and the pier heads as well. Overall an enjoyable stay and would likely return to Staycity next time round

The hotel is literally across the road from Lime Street station so is very conveniently located, about 1 mins walk. The room I stayed in was exceptionally hot, I requested a fan which made little difference as there were no plug sockets next to the bed so it was too far away to impact. The air con is linked to outside temperature so did not bring the room temp down. Was quite noisy due to the location with general noise and traffic noise which could be heard until the early hours. Food was good but over priced, and not much fresh fruit at breakfast. Gym was spacious, but only had 1 running machine. The warmness of the rooms would put me off staying again. Was a good sized hotel with fast efficient lifts and nice staff.
