Der Service und die Lage waren perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Nachtruhe. Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist, ist, dass das Hotel wirklich renoviert werden muss. Den Türen fehlte Farbe und sie hatten Dellen und sahen wirklich abgenutzt aus. Abgesehen davon ist es ein großartiger Ort!

Ich reise 2 von 4 Wochen jeden Monat im Geschäftsverkehr. Von der Eincheckung bis zum Auscheck dieses Grundstücks überstieg meine Erwartungen und ich bin ein wenig ein Geschäftsklasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Kla Meine Geschäftspartner und ich werden sicherer zurückkommen.

Sehr sauber und exquisit. Da es nicht wirtschaftlich ist, sind die Mitarbeiter lokaler Freiwilliger. Heutzutage freundlich. Das Zimmer ist alle oben und unten. Der Raum ist groß. Das Schlafzimmer ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist kostenlos. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Ein großer Park. Es gibt auch Arkansas Kunstmuseum. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

The staff earned all 5 stars. From the jump, Destiny & Bobbie helped me with reservations for me and my family. Chef Ray and Cali were so attentive to making sure breakfast was good. Then Jessica (oh Jessica) who made my evenings so much better with just the right cocktail to help me unwind. The entire staff was AMAZING!
