Stella, am Frontdesk, war wunderbar. Wissensfähig und sorgfältig. Das Hotel liegt schön an der Seite des Arkansas River (anfrage ein nördliches Gesichtszimmer) mit direkter Zugang zum Flusspromenad und neben der Tür zum faszinierenden Old State Housemuseum (freie Einreise). Der Teppich war schmutzig in unseren Zimmern, aber Hausaufbewahrung sorgfältig täglich. We only stayed here for one night recently. I’ll start by saying that the hotel has a great location. It feels safe. We checked in via app with no issues. Prior to checking in, Clarence stayed in touch with us and even made a courtesy call. I can appreciate that. The hotel’s decor was very nice and the layout of the suite was very nice. It has great space. Traveling as a family, we need space. Upon entering the room though, we noticed multiple stains on the couch. We had an appointment immediately after check-in so I wasn’t able to complete my full inspection. When we returned, we wanted to go straight to bed. We had a double room so I did a quick check over one bed and the other I didn’t inspect so well. In the middle of the night, we noticed stains on the second bed. The stains were on the pillows too. It looked like hair dye but who knows. There’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed these stains. Very disappointing. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, but not too bad to complain about. I will say that the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. My main concerns about hotels are safety and cleanliness. It’s the oversight of the cleanliness of the bed that impacted the rating. Would I stay here again, not sure. It may not be my first choice, but I can’t say that it wouldn’t happen.

This is the most magnificent hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The property itself is gorgeous, our large room was perfect, and the bed was so very comfortable with the most fluffy pillows! We ate at the Capital Grill and while the portions were rather small, it did leave room for dessert which was delicious. Breakfast in the One Eleven restaurant was superb both mornings. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the porch of the hotel. A great experience! Compared to similar priced hotels, the Capital Hotel was head and shoulders above and exceeded my expectations both in comfort and value. You have to stay here if in Little Rock! I know I will again.

William an der Rezeption war wunderbar. Es war unser erstes Mal in der Hauptstadt und er gab uns eine Upgrade-Suite mit Blick auf die Innenstadt. Es war so toll, dass wir eine zusätzliche Nacht geblieben sind. Ich bat die Zimmermädchen um ein paar frische Handtücher und Maria tauchte auf und machte eine schnelle Reinigung und füllte alles auf, einschließlich der TP! Toller Kundenservice und das gesamte Hotel war super sauber!

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

Ich kam zum Little Rock für den Tag auf einer Geschäftsreise. Hotel war sauber, In Walking Entfernung zu Restaurants. Neben dem Fluss. Parkgarage neben der Tür. Ich würde definitiv zurückkommen. Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Zimmer war sauber, ac arbeitete. Keine Probleme. Ich mochte das gefilterte Eis und Wasser, das verfügbar war.
