Premier Inn Liverpool North

The staff in the hotel and the Beefeater are the friendliest and most helpful I've come across during my five nights a week staying in Premier Inns. Special mention for Ruth who served me in the restaurant this evening as she's a total breath of fresh air with a welcoming smile. The youngsters could learn a lot from her.

Lauren and Diana were fantastic on the reception couldn't ask more from them! Thanks for a great family trip see you again the next time we up here. Breakfast was great value with the kids eating free. Also having a Starbucks near by is always a plus

This has got to be the dirtiest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in from the car park to our room (no 123). On arriving the beds were dirty, they had to be changed by the supervisor, the surfaces had clearly not been cleaned in places, the skirting boards in the bedroom and bathroom were full of dust and hairs. We even found a crisp packet under the bed settee. The whole place was tired and in definite need of a refurb. Breakfast wasn't the best, especially on the second day when it was like a bun fight with kids running around. The only positive, the hotel is well situated for Liverpool centre. Very disappointing stay!

We've stayed here many times while visiting family in the area, felt this has gone downhill, although usually comfy bed, felt room was a bit tired and when asked to have our room cleaned was told will only change towels and empty bins, which was inconvenient at 1.30 in the afternoon as we were getting changed to attend a funeral, so did the job myself. Staff were very friendly but was unhappy to be told when we arrived 40 minutes before our 3pm check in we would be charged £15.00 if we wanted to have our room, even though it was ready, wasn't the staffs fault but company policy, we refused to pay and went in the bar next door to wait until 3pm after just driving a 300 mile journey, will not be staying here again on our trips to Liverpool, had breakfast on our last morning only, and poor quality sausage and rubber eggs

The hotel was really clean the staff were very polite nothing was to much trouble for them,excellent service all around.The meals were excellent value.A great location,there was plenty of car parking,check in times and check out times spot on.

Great 6 nights spent in the Premier Inn. Staff at reception were always helpful and then staff in the Beefeater were brilliant, Paula in particular was very warm and welcoming each morning with Paul behind the bar being a great laugh and making our evening experiences all that much better.
