Es war ein anständiges Hotel, das Sie selbst dann wählen können, wenn Sie Lissabon wieder besuchen !! Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich habe mit einem Freund besucht, so dass ich, wenn ich ein Doppelbett hätte, um es bitten konnte. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich gut. Ich kam in der Mitte, legte mein Gepäck, ladete mein Handy, und ging raus! Frühstück war auch lecker ~ Die Leute, die arbeiten, sind auch sehr nett, so ich bin sehr dankbar, alle Arten von Anfragen zu hören Wenn es aber eine Schande ist, haben sie jeden Tag nicht den Handtuch ändert und den Handtuch, den sie verwendet haben, hängen. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Natürlich, als ich den Vordertisch angerufen und ihn gefragt habe, brachten sie mir neue Handtuchs! Auch die Etage des Zimmers ist sauber, wie Europa, mit Schuhen in der Innenstadt. Ich habe es nicht getan, aber es gab keine abnehmbaren Slips separat. Ich denke, ich nehme die Slips nächstes Mal.

The hostel's name says it all - this hostel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance of most of the major monuments the city has to offer. My girlfriend and I allocated 2 days to Lisbon and 1 to Sintra and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the 8-bed dorms. The rooms and amenities of this hostel exceeded our expectations as our 1st foray into hostel traveling. The staff were extremely kind as well and were helpful in helping us plan an early morning (4 am) transport to the airport. There were a few small details we wish we could change. For one, we had a bit of bad luck in that one of our roommates was sick and spent most of the night coughing relentlessly keeping most members of our room awake. Additionally, despite meeting many friendly faces, the hostel did not feel as openly social as other hostels we stayed our throughout our two week Europe trip

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Restaurants , Shopping , Geschäfte 🛍 und viele Cafés befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe., auch Metro Anschluss . Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet , die Betten waren super bequem. Sehr gute Matratzen , Decken und Kissen. Zimmer sind mir Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges schönes Zimmer. Leider fand ich das Personal sehr wortkarg . Wir bekamen leider keinerlei Informationen. Normale Infos wurden nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage herausgegeben. Da ich letztes Jahr schon zweimal 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtete, weiss ich , es ist keine Ausnahme. Personal redet kaum, gibt keine Informationen raus. Man kann nicht mal einschätzen, ob es Unfreundlichkeit oder eher Desinteresse ist. Nur durch Nachfrage bekamen wir den Code für Internetzugang , der wurde uns auf einen abgerissenen Zettel geschrieben, da wir darum baten., ihn uns aufzuschreiben.

We booked a week at the Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto based on positive reviews from previous visitors. The (eight room) four story apartments are located in the old hilly section of the city where steep and narrow sidewalks are the norm and are slippery during rain. The main entrance is via a short alleyway. Access to the outer main door entrance and individual apartments are very 21st century in that there is no reception. The outside door has a cypher lock and guests use a reservation number to get in. Once inside the 'lobby' space there is a kiosk/screen to check in and get an assigned room and cypher code for your room. The kiosk has language selections to help with directions. There also a one-way phone to speak with a person/assistance. The machine scans documents, i.e., passports or European ID cards. It took me ten minutes and the final phase was to take a photo of the QR square displayed to keep track of your room number and access code. There are four floors with two apartments on each floor. There is an elevator and stairs. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted with a mini kitchen, including dishes, cooking ware, dishwasher, clothes washer and refrigerator. The clothes washer is great, we used it and dried clothes on a clothes hangar that was stashed in the closet. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a large flat screen hanging on the opposite wall. A closet has a self-use strong box with directions (in English) to set-up a personalized multi-digit code during your stay. The bathroom is roomy with a shower stall instead of a bath. Plenty of windows, including in the bathroom. The cross street is named Rua Do Poco Dos Negros and is a main line for the local trams that pass through the neighborhood, with a tram stop maybe 100 feet from the apartments. Taxis pass through here as well. Small restaurants are plentiful within a 15-minute parameter. The popular Plaza del Comercio is about a twenty-minute walk or a Three Euro Tram ride away. Aside from steep streets, the area is safe, even a night. The apartments are a clean, good bargain for staying in Lisbon.

Das Innere des Hotels war fantastisch, einschließlich des Außenpoolbereichs! Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und das Hotel lag in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefiel, waren die Matratze und die Kissen, die zu weich für mich waren, sodass ich mit Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen aufwachte. Ich wünschte, sie hätten kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, aber ansonsten war alles unglaublich!

Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were so deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable. We booked this hotel through ******* for 4 nights in Lisbon. Due to the size of our party, 2 adults and 3 children, this was the only option for our family to be in 1 room at the time. After arriving late to check in due to travel, the hotel was very unflattering as the pictures from Expedia's site as well as the hotel's website depicted a completely different image, a complete misrepresentation. In addition, travel sites indicate laundry facilities in which they did not have, only a pricey service that they contract out. As having never been to Lisbon and not knowing the neighborhoods, we were taken back by all of the graffiti on the adjacent abandoned building. The layout of the hotel is very small and bizarre, with an elevator that could not even fit our family and luggage. We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between ******* and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property, being treated like second class citizens from the night attendant (Sandra?), having our room key deactivated and not telling the truth as to why it was deactivated (was told that these things happen, but Nena (General Manager) admitted it was because we hadn't paid the nominal fee for the extra bed/person), and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early. Nena, the GM, stated that irregardless of our awful experience, this was a non-refundable booking and will not credit us for the 2 nights we did not stay at Hotel DAH. Even ******* felt for our discomfort and assisted us in other ways that we are extremely grateful for. This experience took up quality family vacation time that we can not get back. Please think twice about staying at this property as this was the worst experience we have encountered in all of our years of travel. There were a multitude of other unpleasant experiences; however would take too much time to elaborate further. These disappointing experiences didn't seem to matter to the manager as it

Unsere Erfahrungen waren sehr durchzogen. Das Hotel ist zwar sehr schö (ist ja auch ziemlich neu), die Zimmer sehr funktional eingerichtet und modern (wenn auch relativ klein). Für einen Städtetrip passt das gut. Auch die Lage ist eigentlich ganz ok, mit öV kommt man gut in die Innenstadt (und die Lage weiss man ja vorher). Aber: Wenn ich die Bewertungen hier lese, vor allem zum Personal und zum Service, habe ich den Eindruck, das sei ein anderes Hotel. Der Service ist sehr durchzogen (zurückhaltend ausgedrückt). Unfreundlicher Empfang, Diamond-Status wird nicht angesprochen, es gab auch kein Upgrade (für sich alleine ist das kein Problem), langfädiger Prozess und das Zimmer um 16.00 Uhr noch nicht bereit. Das Frühstück ist schwach, sowohl bezogen auf das Angebot (mit schlechtem Automaten-Kaffee) als auch hinsichtlich des Services (unaufmerksam, alles muss nachgefragt werden). Ich kann das Hotel jedenfalls nicht vorbehaltlos empfehlen; die Realität hinkt deutlich hinter den Erwartungen und dem Anspruch des Hauses selbst (in Relation zum Preis) hinterher. Einzig die freundliche Dame beim Auschecken machte einen deutlichen (positiven) Unterschied zu den restlichen Erfahrungen mit dem Personal. Sie nahm unser Feedback interessiert entgegen und nahm das auch ernst.

Wir landen hier aus einem annullierten easyjet-Flug, das Personal war so verständlich, als wir ankamen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in unserem Aufenthalt enthalten und war ein Buffet-Stil mit einer großen Auswahl. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Ein 1-minütiges Gehminut vom Eingang der U-Bahn und dem Supermarkt entfernt.

Ausgezeichnetes modernes Designhotel, das sehr sauber und komfortabel war. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Auswahl an Frühstücksgerichten, die gut ist. Ideale Lage für einen Besuch der Attraktionen von Lissabon, aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Metro. Die Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr hilfreich, insbesondere Alexander und Caroline, die große Botschafter für das Hotel sind.

Würde nicht wieder dort übernachten. Habe in der Woche meines Geburtstags einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht. Ich war schon einmal in Ibis Hotels in Lissabon, aber nicht in Alfragide. Zu meiner Enttäuschung waren die Betten so klein, dass man aufpassen musste, nachts nicht zu fallen, das Badezimmer schien aus Plastik zu sein und nicht zuletzt wurde das Hotel gerade renoviert, was bedeutet, dass es am frühen Morgen viel Lärm gab, Staub, starke Gerüche und unser Fenster mit Blick auf ein weißes Papier. Als ich das letzte an der Rezeption ansprach, wurde mir gesagt, dass es „unsere Privatsphäre“ betreffe. An einem der Tage versuchte ich, das Fenster zu öffnen, um frische Luft hereinzulassen, da es im Zimmer so stark roch, und es gab keine Belüftung, da unser ganzes Fenster mit einem Papier bedeckt war. Oh, und nicht zu vergessen, dass das Reinigungspersonal die Sachen der Gäste im Zimmer berührt, also seien Sie vorsichtig. Zum Glück war unser Gepäck mit Wertsachen verschlossen. Ich habe wirklich nichts dagegen, meine Süßigkeiten mit jemandem zu teilen, aber ich finde es etwas arrogant, eine halb geöffnete Schachtel Pralinen und dann nur das Papier mit den Süßigkeiten auf dem staubigen Tisch vorzufinden. Wenn Sie es mitnehmen, ist das überhaupt kein Problem, aber nehmen Sie wenigstens die Zeitung mit. Das Frühstück war zumindest gut. Meiner Meinung nach also nicht der beste Ort, um Ihre Geburtstagswoche zu verbringen, und überhaupt nicht der beste Ort zum Übernachten. Werde beim nächsten Mal definitiv ein anderes Hotel wählen.
