Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Die Lage ist im neuen Stadtteil und es gibt keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt überall hohe Geschwindigkeiten. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum. Es gibt Busse vor der Tür zu den Hauptattraktionen. Der öffentliche Verkehr ist jedoch nicht zuverlässig. Immer noch etwas mühsam. Das Frühstück ist gewöhnliches westliches Essen. Keine warmen Gerichte.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut in der Nähe von der Stadt. Der Eincheck ist möglich bis Mitternacht, so dass dies wirklich hilfreich ist und die Freiwilligen sind wirklich wunderschön wie eine Familie ♥️ Sie können nicht den besten Preis 🤙 Auch weil Sie nicht im Stadtzentrum sind, können Sie ohne Lärm schlafen und der Auscheck ist bis 3pm so Alles ist perfekt, wenn Sie wie ich nicht viel Geld haben, aber gute Beziehungen zu Menschen 😀

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

I stayed with my two friends for 5 nights to visit the city and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. It is very easy to get from the airport as public transport drops you just 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Even to book a cab is a great option because the fare will be around 10€ max. The hotel has a perfect location even if you are not in Lisbon old town as such, you can go by foot and it is a really nice walk. Otherwise, you can get easily taxis, buses and tram. All around the hotel. The location is important but what will really make me to come back is the team. Since we walked in (quite early) the experience was amazing. Our room was ready and with no extra charge the receptionist checked us in!! We were nicely surprised. Our triple room had a balcony and a good size. The furnitures were new, modern deco, very clean and a lot of facilities and amenities. Housekeeping cleaning standards must be mentioned as they do an outstanding job. Please, pass it to them.The room was perfectly done every day and any request was easily sorted. The reception team is just lovely. They greeted us, always with a smile, when we were going in and out. Nothing was too much troubled for them. If you need recommendations, suggestions or just to have a chit-chat do not hesitate to speak with the team. I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you as you made the most of our trip. You do an amazing job!! I will not book anywhere else for my next visit to Lisbon. Looking forward for my next holidays in this beautiful city!!!

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Der Frühstücksraum dieses Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück bis Mittag. Die Aussicht und der Service waren atemberaubend. Die Lage ist etwas nördlich, aber dennoch sehr praktisch, um überall hin zu gelangen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Hotel, mittendrin ohne den typischen Großstadtlärm Lissabons. Wir waren begeistert. Fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten vom Mosteiro dos Jeronimus, 8 Minuten von der Touristeninformation entfernt. Lege jedem ans Herz eine Lisbon Card zu kaufen. Viele Mussen sind dadurch frei oder der Eintritt rabattiert. Die Karte inkludiert auch die Fahrt der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Diese sind auch fußläufig ca 5 min entfernt, fahren regelmäßig und sind eine super Alternative zum Auto. Auch die Traditionsbäckerei der Pasteis de Belèm ist keine 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Das spektakuläre, am Frühstücksbuffet gibt es die Original Pasteis, das war wirklich ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war sauber und für die 2 Übernachtungen genau richtig, konnten uns super von der Hitze und dem sightseeing erholen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Personal freundlich und konnte bei Fragen weiterhelfen. Top👍

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage. Orients in der Nähe. Zum Flughafen ist es auch nicht weit. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Relativ modern und praktisch. Klare Empfehlung.

First, very close to airport, which makes it cheap to taxi or Uber. Hotel is in the business district so it’s fairly quiet at night, except for hearing the train, which I kind of like. Rooms are old fashioned, and on the smaller side. Staff was very friendly. Lobby is nice and bright. We liked having a nice bar and restaurant on premises. Breakfast is nice, but it’s a mad house in the mornings. This hotel has four small elevators, which rude guests try to force themselves onto with luggage when they’re already full. During our stay, one of the main, bigger elevators remained broken. Since we were on the 9th floor, we had to wait longer to go up or down. I highly recommend you request a room no higher than the 2nd floor if you don’t want to wait. Wi-Fi here is terrible. Our phones would not stay connected and trying to do anything online was beyond frustrating. We very much liked the location. Close to the metro, close to a grocery store, lots of coffee shops in close proximity. Very easy to get to downtown Lisbon. If we were to Lisbon, we would definitely consider staying here again, however I would search for a good deal on a more up to date hotel closer to city center if you don’t want to take multiple train stops.
