I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Wir haben diesen Ort für die Bewertungen gewählt - 8.5 Sternen (! ) , für den ”Waschservice” und die für 17 Minuten zu Fuß nach Saint George Castle, wenn Sie dort sind, sagen sie, dass es keine Waschservice gibt und wir müssen fast eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß, um zum Schloss zu kommen. und dem CENTER. Wir fühlten uns sehr dumm. Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Schön und nahe am Flughafen, eine spät einchecken, die Mitarbeiter waren wunderschön, sie kam sogar in mein Zimmer, um mir mit der Wendung zu helfen, der Handgelenk wurde gebrochen, so dass es nicht richtig schließen würde. Wäscherei, Sitz war los ... Nettes Zimmer, aber ein bisschen Straßenlärm mit offenem Fenster. I appreciated how this hotel was able to accommodate me on short notice after the original hotel I had booked with canceled my reservation. The rate was reasonable and it was located where I needed to be. The Grand Lisboa Hotel is part of a chain of VIP hotels in Lisbon. It was quite clean but slightly run down. The room was basic and since I just needed to sleep and shower, it was fine. All the money has been put into the bathroom with modern fixtures. The bathtub is high and slippery. There was no mat to prevent falling and stepping out of the tub felt a bit precarious. The rest of the room was spare. The bed was quite firm. A table and chair in the room had some sort of dried spill on them. Bottled water was complimentary. I did not make use of the bar or restaurant facilities whilst there. To change money, on goes to a sister hotel, the VIP Zurich-walking distance-and receives a poor exchange rate. Live and learn. The service, overall, is helpful. I was given suggestions, directions, maps, etc. All the things one expects from those in the hospitality business happened. No complaints, there.

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage. Orients in der Nähe. Zum Flughafen ist es auch nicht weit. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Relativ modern und praktisch. Klare Empfehlung.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Hotel novo, muito limpo, fiquei admirado por ter só 2 *. Atendimento excelente. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Excelente localização , entre Lisboa e Cascais. Quarto excelente com boas áreas é um excelente chuveiro coisa que eu aprecio. Ideal para passagem em negócios, uma ou duas noites.
