Es war ein anständiges Hotel, das Sie selbst dann wählen können, wenn Sie Lissabon wieder besuchen !! Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich habe mit einem Freund besucht, so dass ich, wenn ich ein Doppelbett hätte, um es bitten konnte. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich gut. Ich kam in der Mitte, legte mein Gepäck, ladete mein Handy, und ging raus! Frühstück war auch lecker ~ Die Leute, die arbeiten, sind auch sehr nett, so ich bin sehr dankbar, alle Arten von Anfragen zu hören Wenn es aber eine Schande ist, haben sie jeden Tag nicht den Handtuch ändert und den Handtuch, den sie verwendet haben, hängen. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Natürlich, als ich den Vordertisch angerufen und ihn gefragt habe, brachten sie mir neue Handtuchs! We booked a week at the Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto based on positive reviews from previous visitors. The (eight room) four story apartments are located in the old hilly section of the city where steep and narrow sidewalks are the norm and are slippery during rain. The main entrance is via a short alleyway. Access to the outer main door entrance and individual apartments are very 21st century in that there is no reception. The outside door has a cypher lock and guests use a reservation number to get in. Once inside the 'lobby' space there is a kiosk/screen to check in and get an assigned room and cypher code for your room. The kiosk has language selections to help with directions. There also a one-way phone to speak with a person/assistance. The machine scans documents, i.e., passports or European ID cards. It took me ten minutes and the final phase was to take a photo of the QR square displayed to keep track of your room number and access code. There are four floors with two apartments on each floor. There is an elevator and stairs. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted with a mini kitchen, including dishes, cooking ware, dishwasher, clothes washer and refrigerator. The clothes washer is great, we used it and dried clothes on a clothes hangar that was stashed in the closet. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a large flat screen hanging on the opposite wall. A closet has a self-use strong box with directions (in English) to set-up a personalized multi-digit code during your stay. The bathroom is roomy with a shower stall instead of a bath. Plenty of windows, including in the bathroom. The cross street is named Rua Do Poco Dos Negros and is a main line for the local trams that pass through the neighborhood, with a tram stop maybe 100 feet from the apartments. Taxis pass through here as well. Small restaurants are plentiful within a 15-minute parameter. The popular Plaza del Comercio is about a twenty-minute walk or a Three Euro Tram ride away. Aside from steep streets, the area is safe, even a night. The apartments are a clean, good bargain for staying in Lisbon.

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were so deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable. We booked this hotel through ******* for 4 nights in Lisbon. Due to the size of our party, 2 adults and 3 children, this was the only option for our family to be in 1 room at the time. After arriving late to check in due to travel, the hotel was very unflattering as the pictures from Expedia's site as well as the hotel's website depicted a completely different image, a complete misrepresentation. In addition, travel sites indicate laundry facilities in which they did not have, only a pricey service that they contract out. As having never been to Lisbon and not knowing the neighborhoods, we were taken back by all of the graffiti on the adjacent abandoned building. The layout of the hotel is very small and bizarre, with an elevator that could not even fit our family and luggage. We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between ******* and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property, being treated like second class citizens from the night attendant (Sandra?), having our room key deactivated and not telling the truth as to why it was deactivated (was told that these things happen, but Nena (General Manager) admitted it was because we hadn't paid the nominal fee for the extra bed/person), and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early. Nena, the GM, stated that irregardless of our awful experience, this was a non-refundable booking and will not credit us for the 2 nights we did not stay at Hotel DAH. Even ******* felt for our discomfort and assisted us in other ways that we are extremely grateful for. This experience took up quality family vacation time that we can not get back. Please think twice about staying at this property as this was the worst experience we have encountered in all of our years of travel. There were a multitude of other unpleasant experiences; however would take too much time to elaborate further. These disappointing experiences didn't seem to matter to the manager as it

Wir waren nur eine Übernachtung hier um auf einen Flug nach Madeira zu warten. Schönes sauberes gepflegtes Zimmer.Tolles Frühstück.Als Ausgangspunkt für Lissabon geignet-wenn man zur Fähre nach cascilhas fährt und übersetzt ist man in 10 Minuten direkt in der Stadt in cais du sodre-fussläufig zur Altstadt. Ein Nachteil für den Einen oder Anderen Im gesamten Hotel incl.Bar und Restaurant gibt es keinerlei alkoholische Getränke.

Ausgezeichnetes modernes Designhotel, das sehr sauber und komfortabel war. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Auswahl an Frühstücksgerichten, die gut ist. Ideale Lage für einen Besuch der Attraktionen von Lissabon, aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Metro. Die Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr hilfreich, insbesondere Alexander und Caroline, die große Botschafter für das Hotel sind.

Würde nicht wieder dort übernachten. Habe in der Woche meines Geburtstags einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht. Ich war schon einmal in Ibis Hotels in Lissabon, aber nicht in Alfragide. Zu meiner Enttäuschung waren die Betten so klein, dass man aufpassen musste, nachts nicht zu fallen, das Badezimmer schien aus Plastik zu sein und nicht zuletzt wurde das Hotel gerade renoviert, was bedeutet, dass es am frühen Morgen viel Lärm gab, Staub, starke Gerüche und unser Fenster mit Blick auf ein weißes Papier. Als ich das letzte an der Rezeption ansprach, wurde mir gesagt, dass es „unsere Privatsphäre“ betreffe. An einem der Tage versuchte ich, das Fenster zu öffnen, um frische Luft hereinzulassen, da es im Zimmer so stark roch, und es gab keine Belüftung, da unser ganzes Fenster mit einem Papier bedeckt war. Oh, und nicht zu vergessen, dass das Reinigungspersonal die Sachen der Gäste im Zimmer berührt, also seien Sie vorsichtig. Zum Glück war unser Gepäck mit Wertsachen verschlossen. Ich habe wirklich nichts dagegen, meine Süßigkeiten mit jemandem zu teilen, aber ich finde es etwas arrogant, eine halb geöffnete Schachtel Pralinen und dann nur das Papier mit den Süßigkeiten auf dem staubigen Tisch vorzufinden. Wenn Sie es mitnehmen, ist das überhaupt kein Problem, aber nehmen Sie wenigstens die Zeitung mit. Das Frühstück war zumindest gut. Meiner Meinung nach also nicht der beste Ort, um Ihre Geburtstagswoche zu verbringen, und überhaupt nicht der beste Ort zum Übernachten. Werde beim nächsten Mal definitiv ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Das Hotel ist in allen Aspekten sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtungen sind komplett, insbesondere die Klimaanlage ist die schöne Marke Chinas, es ist wirklich sehr leistungsfähig, die Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, es gibt viele Restaurants und Supermärkte umgeben, die lokalen Wind und Boden zu erfahren, Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Park am Rande des Hotels. Neben einem kleinen Schritt von der Stadt entfernt ist es im Allgemeinen ein sehr kostengünstiges Hotel.

sehr schönes und stylisches hotel in ruhiger, parkähnlicher anlage. toller pool, schöne aussicht vom balkon, etwas mehr als 2 km bis zum strand. sehr gutes frühstück, super freundliches personal, wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. leider gibt es in der umgebung nicht viele und gute restaurants, so dass man immer etwas ”weiter” fahren muss.
