I would not bother if you want a authentic Volcanic Mineral bathing , I have visted this place for 20 years it has always had Thermal waters but now that is not the case No Turkish bath or Sauna and no mineral springs with hot or even cold water , So why is it so expensive for what is essentially is a collection of heated swimming pools in the middle on nowhere . Yes the venue is nice and the buffet was good and the staff attentive , shame it is no longer a Thermal Spa they should not mention it is whwn it is not anymore.

Segunda vez que voy, la primera vez me encantó el recibimiento fue muy bueno y todo en realidad por eso volví, pero ahora que fui con mis hijos y mis padres fue distinto, al llegar no fue bueno el recibimiento la niña que nos atendió al llegar no fue amable, y lo otro fue la decepción al saber que cobran para guardar las cosas en casilleros,yo creo que es lo mínimo prestar el casillero para guardar las cosas personales ya que además es un poco incomodo son muy pequeños no caen las cosas que uno lleva, tuve que pagar 4 casilleros ya que eramos 5 personas, totalmente decepcionada no volveré a ir.

Un lugar apacible y especial para la familia o para relajarse. Excelente atención del personal y las comidas muy buenas y variadas. Las actividades están enfocadas a familia y gente que quiera tener un tiempo de relajo, las piscinas y jacuzzis son buenísimas. Recomiendo ir y visitar la zona.

Cambian toallas 2 veces al día , eso es excelente. Calefacción óptima En el desayuno gran variedad de tortas y kuchenes Música ambiental en vivo en todas las comidas Bingo después de la cena con premios como tragos, mascarilla facial

Buen hotel, pero falta un poco de preocupación con la limpieza y mantención tanto del hotel como de las piscinas. Entorno bonito y acogedor. Comida buffet muy buena, variado y rico. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación y al entrar la habían desocupado recién, camas sin hacer y desaseado, sin embargo, resolvieron rápidamente el problema cambiándonos de habitación. Han subido mucho los precios, incluso en temporada baja y no hay ningún cambio ni mejora en los servicios del hotel. En 1 semana los precios subieron $40.000 pesos y las piscinas ya ni siquiera son termas, sino solo agua temperada, después de haber sido clausurados por la seremi de salud en noviembre del 2022. Lamentable porque era un lugar muy agradable para ir en familia a relajarse.
