Local limpo, organizado, bom café da manhã, rápido, atencioso, com um bar bom (não excelente) no telhado. Valeu a pena, ótimo custo benefício, melhor preço da região, muitos restaurantes ao redor. Da para sair a pé ou de táxi e rapidamente está em pontos turísticos

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sicheren Nachbarschaft von Miraflores, zu Fuß vom Park Kennedy, dem Markt Indio, Larco Mar usw. entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut, ein wenig von allem und frisches Papaya-Frucht zum Frühstück!!! Wir hatten auch dort Mittagessen und Abendessen. Die meisten Restaurants sind sehr besetzt und es ist eine lange Wartezeit, aber das Hotel Restaurant war viel schneller und komfortabel. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Vielleicht wäre der Haarkonditioner schön, wenn sie es hinzufügen. Sehr empfohlen.

Die Umgebung in der Nähe kann auch Samsung sein. Das Frühstück ist die gleiche, der Kellner ist okay. Es ist nur, wo keine Kleidung gewaschen wird. Waschen muss ein bisschen problemlos draußen. Andere sind okay.

Meine einzige Beschwerde war, dass wir aufgrund einer Transportunterbrechung unsere Buchung anpassen mussten. Wir wurden für unsere Montags-Zurück im Grunde zweimal belastet, weil wir früh angekommen waren. Das Zimmer war verfügbar und wir waren geplant, an diesem Tag zu bleiben. Die Mitarbeiter könnten wegen der Ereignisse flexibler sein. Wir blieben dort fast zwei Wochen. Das war unsere zweite Reise nach Ibis.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels ist ziemlich gut und das Frühstück ist recht zufriedenstellend, sodass es kein Problem ist, es zwei Tage lang zu essen. Auch die Zimmergröße stimmt mit dem Preis überein. Das Hotel liegt im Botschaftsviertel und ist nachts sehr ruhig. Wenn Sie chinesisch essen möchten, müssen Sie immer noch ein Taxi nehmen, um auswärts zu essen. Mehrere chinesische Restaurants in der Nähe sind verbesserte Versionen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Lima und sind vom Sheraton restlos begeistert. Der Service und der Komfort waren herausragend, Das Restaurant war sehr gut und der Service in diesem waren exzellent. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns darüber hinaus der tolle Service eines jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiters. Die Servicemanagerin Frau Yenikhaa und ihrem Team hiermit ein herzliches Dankeschön. Der Chef der Rezeption Herr Ronald, so wie all seine Mitarbeiter/innen, ganz besonders Frau Carol, die uns stets mit einem strahlenden Lächeln (trotz Maske) begrüßte und uns bei allem, was wir benötigten, behilflich war ein Dankeschön. Sie organisierte für uns, unter anderem einen COVID Test, der im Hotel auf dem Zimmer vorgenommene wurde. (wir brauchten den Test für unsere Weiterreise in die USA).
